Family Reunion

This property was perfect. Kids ranging from infant to Adult and everything in between. You can leave the property if you want to but totally unnecessary. Kids loved the pool and everything was much bigger than expected, in a very positive way. 10/10 we’ll be coming back again!

Wonderful experience

We loved the house, we loved the resort, we loved the attention to detail that made our stay wonderful. We loved the walk in closets that gave our babies their own little room to sleep uninterrupted. There were toys and books for the kids, a pack and play, fun video games. We loved that every room had its own bathroom, so after enjoying the lazy river and pool everyone could get right in the shower. We definitely hope to return. Be aware that if you check in on Sunday there is no access to the pool or game room and the ice machine could not keep up with our group of 12 adults, otherwise everything about this beautiful home was perfection !

Excellent Location and Property

Great home. Very close to the gate to get into the water park, so very good location. Good location for extra street parking too. Close to shopping for groceries and restaurants too. Would definitely stay at #39 again.

Huge house, good stay

- Large house with plenty of space for group gatherings, or separate quite spaces. Overall an awesome vacation. - Close to *lots* of hiking, but a little out of the way for freeway/highway access to national parks etc. - Pool was enjoyed by the kids, and was convenient to access. - Could use some more kitchen utensils; cutting board is tiny, and there were only regular knifes not steak knives, for example. - The bicycles had very poor maintenance; handle-bars misaligned with wheels and loose, flat tires. - Previous tenants had left some slight carpet stains.

Great Home for Family Staycation

The pool, lazy river, waterslide, and hot tubs were enjoyed by all 19 of us every day of our stay. All 19 of us slept comfortably in this home. The kitchen is furnished decently. The unit has one refrigerator. We were content to go to the Harmon's grocery store 3 minutes away every day. If we would have done a Costco haul to buy all the food for the week, it would not have fit in one fridge. Moreover, there are not enough dishes and silverware for 20 people each meal. We brought disposable plates and silverware. We really liked having the garbage picked up when it was full. The amenities at the property are great. We would definitely stay here again.

The bunk room was a big hit with the kids. Even the den with a pull-out couch had a great closet and its own bathroom. Huge kitchen which worked really well with all the "cooks" in the family. We absolutely loved it. The only negative was the carpet. It needed cleaning. Otherwise, it was great.

Great place for a large group!

This place was very nice & big! We will probably stay again. The pool is awesome! I just have 2 complaints, hence the 4 stars. They should have put ceiling fans in all bedrooms, not just the master. And the seating isn’t great downstairs. They have a nice big comfy sectional upstairs but sometimes we wanted to hang out downstairs too but couldn’t. All in all though a nice place!

Whether a small family that enjoys a little extra space or a large group, this place was perfect. TVs in all the rooms, comfortable beds, great sofa for movies or a sports game and all the details you'd hope to enjoy for a getaway. The kids (and the adults) couldn't get enough of the pool, hot tubs and the clubhouse festivities. Well done. We will be back as will our friends!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Arcadia Resort is by far the best place my family has stayed in St. George. We usually stay at Entrada, but we don't golf and the year-round residents get annoyed when guests show up. Arcadia's amenities are way better for families, and the lodging is first class. The pool and clubhouse are incredible and my kids spent hours there every day. We stayed in Unit 39 and it was clean, spacious, convenient, and very comfortable. There we 12 of us and we still had 3 beds that went unused. This will be our preferred location every time we visit St. George.
