Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place used sheets/towels in upstairs bathrooms.
Garbage/recycling cans are in garage. Extra bags under kitchen sink if needed.
Place front door key in magnetic box and back under electrical box on front porch.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Bonfires are allowed. Please ensure it is extinguished before leaving it unattended.
Hot tub: Towels are in closet at top of steps. To keep the water clean; add 1/2 cap full of chlorine before entering; start jets. Water temp 100-101
Infrared Sauna is available. Preheat for 15 min; use additional towels to sit on/dry off. Essential oils can be used - just a drop or two is best.

The hosts were both generous with their home and their hospitality. They were very helpful in accommodating our requirements, the offered a fully stocked pantry and welcome package. The house was an excellent location for our visit to the EAA Oshkosh air show. I cannot say enough about the hospitality and the excellent condition of the house, the ground and facilities.

We enjoy providing a warm, inviting and relaxing environment for our guests. Feels special yet so comfortable. After 30+ years of traveling for work, we realize the value of an invitation to stay in someone's home. We host many travelers throughout the year but 2 weeks out of year we give our home over to those coming for EAA or the Pyrotechnics Guild event each summer.

Why they chose this property

Our location is so convenient! Just off Hwy 441/41 and Hwy 10. Just 3.5 miles to the Appleton International Airport. Not in the city, but a beautiful subdivision with a wonderful acre lot with a backyard that feels like a retreat. Conveniences are very close!

What makes this property unique

The home is well appointed with leather furniture, excellent sound/entertainment systems on both levels, Chef's kitchen, 5 beds, 3.5 bathrooms, red light sauna, outdoor hottub, large deck with seating for 8 with grill ready for use. Enjoy a private bonfire area with lighting for a great talks around the fire.
