FOREST DUNES RESORT AMENITIES
The Forest Dunes Resort has so many options for the whole family or for a couple on a romantic vacation. As a guest at our suite you will be able to relax and enjoy your vacation fully with our array of water features and guest amenities.

*Each adult will be provided a wristband at the time of arrival. Wristbands are needed to access pools; each adult will need a wristband for pool deck entry. Wristbands are also needed to access the lobby from 10pm ‐ 7am and access the fourth-floor parking garage crosswalk and stairwell.

*There will be a $50 charge each for lost or damaged wristbands.

Ideal for a Week at the Beach

Nice property, great location, and pool area was awesome. Bathroom has some deferred maintenance which needs to be addressed but it didn't effect the quality of the stay. Would stay here again.

Great location

The condo was clean, great view and was exactly what we were looking for. It was perfect for the 2 of us. The only complaint we had was the elevator. Only 1 of the 2 were working but luckily we were on the 3rd floor so used the stairs. We were close to everything and able to access the beach directly across the street. Parking garage always had plenty of parking available so no issues with that. All in all I'd recommend staying at this unit for anyone looking for somewhere close to the beach, quiet area and clean.

Close, but needs work

I liked the layout and most of the furnishings were good. Shower and beds though are in my top 5 and this one gets a zero on both. A little maintenance and upgrading would do wonders to this unit. Too bad, otherwise I would be recommending this place as it was very good in all other areas. (Except a little more attention to cleanliness would be expected.)

Great!!!

It was perfect for 2 adults and one child. I love the fact that it had a half bath as well as the full bath. Great location and it had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again. The only downfall was one of the elevators was down. But that can’t be helped.

Great location

Overall I was very happy and I'd stay here again. Main reason for my visit was to be close to the ocean, and I got what I wanted Pros: Beach is a short walk out the front door. Close to lots of attractions. Like that there is a covered parking garage with ample parking - I stayed for a week and never had an issue finding a spot. The lazy river and pools onsite are a nice perk. There is a restaurant on site. Having a condo is much better than a cramped hotel room, nice to spread out and nice to be able to cook a meal. Room had a view of the ocean although it was a bit further back and not a direct view... not complaining though! I felt like the price was good. Cons: The air conditioner made a noise that sounded just like the door front opening when it kicked on. That took me a while to get used to at night. Also- neighbors were noisy... some guy had a yelling match with his girlfriend at 1 am one of the nights, although with changing guests your results may vary. I could hear the people above me walking around their unit - which was a little annoying but I drowned out the sound at night with some white noise. I wish that they would have had salt and pepper in the kitchen. There were shakers but they were empty. Also, wish they had a pizza cutter in the utensil drawer.

Good location but property needs work

This was a good location across from the beach. When we got there the condo was fairly clean. We ate most of our meals there. The problem was there were no napkins, paper towels or trash bags. We had to buy a lot of supplies from the store that normally are available in other VRBO properties we have stayed in. The bathrooms and kitchen need a lot of work. Also the closet door is coming off the rail and was always in the way.

Great Vacation Stay!

Everything went well overall, we had one hiccup with towels being delivered timely. I had called for a towel exchange as instructed, they picked up the dirty towels but did not bring me clean ones. We were at the beach all day, so by the time we got back around 6pm or 7pm, realized there were no towels to bathe with, called the operator who said "I'll have some towels here if you can come down and get them". No problem, I went down to the lobby, and they're closed no one was there. Come to find out, after 3pm no one is actually "on site" for the items you may need. So my recommendation to all is to be sure you have your items/necessities in the morning or call again before 3pm if not delivered. This wasn't enough to give a bad review or not come back, just frustrating in the moment when you have sandy, salty, tired kids who needed to shower off to get settled in for the night. Overall it was a great stay! Room was great, just as pictured. We had all kitchen items needed. Would highly recommend and will more than likely be coming back!!

Great family getaway!

Wonderful location, beach was beautiful and not crazy busy even for July 4th. Room is right on the pool which is great. Only negative was not enough storage space. All but one closet was locked up I'm assuming for the owners, that left no space for suitcases, food, or beach stuff.
