Take a stroll along the beach or a relaxing dip in the pool. This lovely ocean front townhouse is located in Summer Beach Village on Amelia Island, offering a picturesque view of the Atlantic Ocean with wonderful Sunrises. This unit has a fully equipped kitchen with combined living room/dining room for a nice open feel. Recently updated living room couch and rugs. Washer and dryer are located in the back of the kitchen.
The ocean view master bedroom is located upstairs and has a king size bed, with a walk-in shower. The upstairs guest bedroom has a Queen bed with your own private bath that has tub/shower combo. This unit is a 2/2.5 Ocean Front Townhouse with entrance on the 2nd level. Unit does have about 16 stairs to the front entry and about 18 located inside the unit.
Community pool and beach access are just steps away!
