FOREST DUNES RESORT AMENITIES

*There will be a $50 charge each for lost or damaged wristbands.

Pool and hot tub looked dirty, never got into either. Dresser in bedroom too close to bed!! stub my toe once and broke it the second time. Staff was courteous

Condo was fine, resort was problematic

We were advised upon check-in that our vrbo was not available for the first night, so they needed us to stay in another one and move the next day (?). I asked if we could just stay in the room they were putting us in and that was fine. Then we got locked out because our "reservation" changed. Minor hassles with the front desk that could have been avoided. On the last night, one of my guests was physically assaulted right outside the resort. We intentionally wanted to be farther away from the boardwalk and hoards of people, but maybe there's comfort in more populous areas. The actual condo was nice inside. It seemed bigger than I'd expected based on the photos, so that's good. I just can't give a better rating since our overall experience was pretty much not good.
