Very good communication. There were a couple of things that required some attention. Those things were addressed quickly and efficiently. The maintenance team was excellent. The property had everything that we needed. It's quite dark there and plenty of stairs. So the exterior lighting could have been better. All in all we enjoyed our stay. No regrets and would do it again. Thanks to all.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good spacious house to accommodate 16+ occupants. Our overall stay was good. Smooth check-in. We enjoyed the time however, the cleanliness in the basement building was not good. The game room was only 50% functional as the X-box connecting cables were missing. Kids were not happy. Some questions were answered as "Don't know"

Girls Weekend at this AWESOME HOUSE

This house was absolutely perfect for our group!! There were more than enough beds for everyone. The location was great with a breathtaking view of the sunset over Canyon Lake. We had an issue with the code but the office helped fix it within minutes. We are very thankful for this house and will definitely be making another trip!

Comfortable, lovely house

We enjoyed our stay here very much Everything about the house was perfect. It was clean and there was nothing we needed. The beds and sofas were very comfortable. If you can’t climb stairs, this might not be the house for you. I got some exercise! Haha But, this is my favorite stay of any so far.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: WE had such a great time! The house was beautiful and I loved all of the space and beds. Would suggest finding a way to make the apartment cooler as luckily i brought myself an extra fan and we had to bring the fan from the master room downstairs as well. But everywhere else cooled off perfectly!

The whole Fam Damily

This property is in an excellent location. Its near boat ramp 7 and easy to get to the water. The boat ramp area is not great for swimming or a beach day. The beach areas are further away. The Beds were fairly comfortable and there was an abundance of linens and towels. The kitchen is very well stocked. We had more than enough pots, pans and other cooking utensils for our three night stay. There was plenty of room for our group to spread out when we needed some alone time, but also a great common space for our family celebration. The listing doesn't make it clear that the bottom floors of the house do not connect to the top floors expect by a set of stairs from the outside. The air conditioners for the top floors don't work so well and the rooms were warm at night. Lots of ceiling fans help but still warm at night. The bathrooms are spacious and well stocked. The wildlife is spectacular! The deer will come to the front yard. Parking was excellent.

Great place to stay!

We enjoyed this beautiful home and all of the space it has to offer! The location was good. We will definitely consider renting again. Only about 15 minutes from comal park. Only issue we had was the neighbor lady behind the house was rude and seemed a little racist. Our 3 younger children 10, 8, and 7 walked outside near the basketball court with their 66 year old grandmother and got yelled at and threatened with the cops and told to go back inside within only minutes of being outside. Yes it was 10:15pm at night but geez they weren't even doing anything. They just walked outside for a minute because they follow their grandmother to check out the deer. This was a family vacation and we have a diverse group of people. You could absolutely tell she was not happy about the few non "white people" she was seeing. This would be the only reason for not renting here again. Other than that lady being rude every chance she got we loved this home!

We had such a great time! The cabin was perfectly outfitted for all of our needs!

We loved all of the safety features for small children and the fact that there was a high chair, and we also loved that there is a game room for older kidd to hang out. The fact that there are so many bunk beds was super helpful in finding every one places to sleep!
