"Absolutely the nicest vacation rental experience ever! Patti and Bruce made us feel like we were visiting family! Don't hesitate to book this one; it is close to beach, wonderful eats and experiences. When you are tired of the sand, relax in their beautiful landscaped backyard and pool. They thought of everything, we already want to come visit again!!" -Kay

LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! Recently renovated! A studio guest apartment with your own private entrance, personal outdoor seating area & your own full kitchen & bath- only 1 mile from the beach, 5th Ave dining and shops, the mall, the zoo, beautiful Baker Park, and that's not all- Only steps away are local restaurants and coffee shops! Did we mention there's also a semi-private pool? Or that you can sing along to your favorite tunes in the shower via a Bluetooth shower speaker? This home is 325 square feet of cuteness! The studio is clean, and between guest stays, we take extra care when cleaning and disinfecting our home... including vacuuming the mattress between guests! You can have all of this at our home in the happiest, healthiest city in the USA!

Bruce and Patti are exceptional hosts. We had a wonderful time at their property. Bruce and Patti were available when needed but not obtrusive, which afforded privacy.Their landscaping provided privacy and a peaceful Zen experience. At the end of the trip, they were friends, not hosts.

Cozy studio was very clean and comfortable although a bit small. Decor very nice. Enjoyed the patio area and amazing backyard landscape and pool. The owners were so welcoming and the studio was very accommodating with attention to little details that made our stay so special. Their pool and yard is absolutely beautiful! The hosts are amazing and friendly people who will do anything to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Parking is very simple, parking directly in front of the studio. You have acess to the pool and hot tub, along without the outdoor seating. It was great sitting out there in the morning and evening having breakfast and dinner. The kitchen has everything you need, though is a little small to move around in and limited bench space for dishes to dry without a dishwasher. The shower has great pressure and temperature. The bed was a little uncomfortable after a few nights and could have a little more cushioning. Would be amazing if there was the ability to do laundry. It is also a very short drive to local places to eat and the beach. Overall, a really nice place to stay,

Unit has high ceilings and a king size bed, the unit is bigger than a studio. Inside was obviously new and very nicely decorated. Water pressure in the shower is great! Full size refrigerator is important! Patti is obviously one of the cleanest hosts I have ever met. Bruce is a Personal Gardner and the outside is exquisite! Swimming pool, water fountain and a screened in porch. Get an early start to get a parking spot and visit numerous close by beaches! Pattiand Bruce have beach chairs and towels for your use. You are about 1 mile from Tin City for Riverside Dining and Souvenir shopping! 30 minute drive from the Everglades where you can take an Air Boat ride thru the mangroves, take a large pontoon boat and see the dolphins and book a rockery tour. Our favorite dining option is the Fish House with live music in the Isle of Capri. Excellent Italian dinner at Bellini restaurant nearby.

Amazing getaway gem!

The owners communicated very well, welcomed us with chocolate, gave us fabulous advice for everything we asked about! The pool was heated and the hot tub was warmer. They had bikes with helmets to use to ride to the Naples Beach which is gorgeous! We would definitely recommend this to anyone with two people. We would stay again!

Hidden Gem in Naples Florida

Patti and Brad were amazing host. The communication from start to finish was spot on. The property’s amenities sold us booking our stay…if you get the opportunity to reserve a stay in Naples, Fl at their property…I can tell you from personal experience…you won’t be disappointed!
