This property has two tropical landscaped lots that are completely fenced in and ready for your family games or play time with your dog. (ADULT SMALL BREED DOG ONLY) One dog permitted, unless approved in writing prior to booking.

Great little house in Sea Isle

We completely enjoyed this cute little house in Sea Isle, big enough for 3 adults and 2 kids. Great location and clean property. Plenty of open space inside and out. Fridge is a little tricky, took a while to cool our groceries. Make sure you bring your own tolietries including soap; bathrooms weren't stocked. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies. Great yard for kids and dog to run around. Swings were fun. Gates helped keep them inside property. Easy check in/check out.

Needs cleaning and maintenance

We liked the neighborhood. Marina close by was cool. We did not care for the extensive bug droppings in the kitchen. The front light was out but maintenance came out lunchtime next day which I appreciated. However, blind controls were broken (leaving light shining on TV). Master shower water control arm was missing so hard to turn. Shower door in master did not slide well and would get stuck. Door below living room tv had major crack in it. Kitchen faucet has some strange device to focus the stream of water but made it hard to use. Can opener was broken. Limited kitchen supplies.

Great Galveston Getaway

My group and I had a wonderful time on our last minute tripe to Galveston. We were pleasantly surprised that this property was still available with less than a week away from Memorial Day weekend. We were the first renters following the renovation of the home. The pictures in the listing really don't do the property justice because it was absolutely spectacular. The home was incredibly spacious and my group of 9 all fit comfortably into the home. It was clean, well decorated, and the furnishings were comfortable. The kitchen was even stocked with a few basics appliances and seasonings. The location of the property was everything we could ask for in a Galveston Getaway trip. With it being further west on the island, we felt like it was less crowded in the beaches compared to other areas of the island. In addition the location was ideal because of the following - less than 5min drive/20min walk to the beach access - concenience/grocery store just outside of the neighborhood for ice and other small items we forgot - small restaurant and bar within the neighborhood (we didn't go but it does have good reviews on Google) - access to other amenities within the community such as a pool and fishing (extra cost for pool access) Furthermore the neighborhood was peaceful, and we felt very safe walking around. Communication with Sterling Realtors was in very easy, especially given our circumstances booking fairly last minute. We were able to smooth out any details via phone call, texts, and email. Their responses were always very prompt. In addition, they did a great job of sending a lot of emails in advanced so we'd know what to bring and expect. The general information emails and "what to bring" lists were broad and are applicable to their other properties do we up a little over prepared (not a bad thing). Overall we had a great experience and highly recommend this property!

Great Time

We had an overall good experience. My only gripe is the pool situation. This home doesn't have access to the neighborhood pool. A fee of $100 for sevens days gains access. The house is just what we were looking for otherwise.

The perfect stay!

Very spacious, open concept house which helped all 9 of us be able to space out at the end of our busy days. Tons of space to put our things away and not have to live out of a suitcase for the week. Never ran out of hot water even with both showers running at the same time. Full amenities so we came in with clean clothes and left with clean clothes which makes for easy return home and back to business. Very large fenced in yard and parking under the house. It had everything we needed. Great little subdivision community. Just across the main road from the beach. Could even walk if you wanted to. Truly was a home away from home for a week. The whole thing was a breeze and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Would stay again!

My overall impression of the property was ok. Unfortunately a few things stood out immediately that diminished my rating. Broken blinds, a pillow sham with stuffing that easily got everywhere, and a tattered couch covered by a sheet namely. A broken wooden patio chair needed to be thrown out; it diminishes the rating. I would prefer some curtains or black out shades of sorts. :) But overall, the property offered a nice and relaxing stay with nice amenities and a beautiful yard. Loved the downstairs patio. Some of the basic amenities like hand soap needed to be re-stocked; it's the little things for me that makes a stay like this special.

Nice clean house close to the beach. Prefect for small children and pets, fully gated yard.

We enjoyed our stay at the home. Just suggest a better bbq pit, handle on the fridge and knob for the stove. We would stay here again.

Lovely home and great location

This property is exactly as described and in the pictures. It was great for our family of four adults and two children. The Sea aisle neighborhood is great, with a community pool, on-site store and a restaurant and bar at the marina. The property is located minutes from the beach, with all access points having convenient parking which made it really easy to unload beach equipment and be able to go back and forth to our vehicle if needed. The restaurant in the neighborhood serves a selection of food - all of which we enjoyed. But it would have been nice to have a few more choices locally as the wider area seemed a little lacking with restaurants and/or bars. We would certainly stay here again.

Family Fun Weekend was a hit. We loved the beach house. Our stay was comfortable.

The property offered a great walk around deck for lounging, reading and just relaxing. The downstairs area had a swing that I loved. Nice open area for family gathering. The neighborhood was quiet and pet friendly. I would absolutely recommend this property. Clean, spacious and nice.

Perfect space for family

The property was just as nice as pictured! We used all the space provided. Our first family vacation with pets was made Easy by booking this property! The fully fenced under house area and extra lot was perfect for our dogs to Run and play, and hang out with us without worry. The outdoor shower was a real bonus when returning from the beach. The furnishings were nice, and the beds were comfortable. Everything you need and very nice kitchen, master bath, and flooring. The management took care of an AC issue almost immediately upon arrival. The only complaint would be that the grass needed to be mowed. Make that request, especially if you are taking dogs.

Perfect low key weekend

Stayed at this house for a girls weekend and it was perfect. Beds are all super comfortable. House was clean. Great outdoor area on top and bottom. Short walk to the beach. Will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Home; Perfectly Located

This beautiful home is a short 2 minute drive to the beach. Lovely furniture; comfy beds! Our dog loved the big side yard and the breezy patio under the house. We communicated several times with the management company. They were very attentive. We hope to come to Galveston again next year. Will certainly look to stay at this home again.

Perfect Getaway for the Week!

The Sea Isle house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for our week’s stay. The house was perfect for our family of four and our small dog. The kitchen was filled with anything you might need for cooking. There were lots of extra blankets, pillows, and towels. The swings and hammocks downstairs were perfect for relaxing with a drink while waiting on dinner or s’mores. We enjoyed being minutes away from the quiet beaches and having a restaurant and store around the block from us as well as being close to everything Galveston has to offer. The property manager was just a phone call away and very helpful with any questions we had. I would highly recommend the Sea Isle beach house-it was a perfect getaway!

Great home!

Absolutely had a wonderful vacation! We had a golf cart delivered and were able to use to get to beach, neighborhood restaurant/bar and store. The house is too far for any type of delivery so get groceries on the way to the house. The fenced in yard and covered patio is great for spending time outside. The porch is huge! We had 5 people and more than enough room for everyone.

Misleading listing

1) the house is what you see. It is nice with an open floor plan. It is well maintained with a nice porch/hangout area underneath. The community (Sea Isle) is clean and in good condition. 2) the rental agreement is draconian. You can’t have anyone over “or else.” My group picked this place off of VRBO, indicated our interest and payed our money upfront based on the VRBO listing which looked ideal. Then, after we paid, we get a rental agreement that was written by someone who apparently has never had any fun on vacation before...and at that point we couldn’t cancel our reservation without a penalty. If you have friends over you can be evicted. That is pretty inconvenient for groups who rent multiple houses within the community. Failure to clean the grill can lead to damage deposit loss...the list of do’s and dont’s is long and exhaustive with more dont’s than do’s. 3) the pool and other “Sea Isle” amenities are promised on the listing but in fact (due to COVID-19) they are not available to renters and this was not disclosed until we had already paid our money and we where within the penalty period for cancelation. Overall I would not rent here again unless I was renting as a single family. If you come here with friends and kids, this is not the place for you.
