Lovely family home

Yves and her property manager Jessica made everything easy and the communication was great. Any questions once we were in Caunes-Minervois were answered promptly and we had a wonderful stay in this lovely french village. Property as described and air conditioning a must in the heat of summer. Everything you need for a perfect relaxing family holiday can be found here! Tapas bar and other places in the village great for eating (and drinking) out at reasonable prices.

Lovely villa would recommend

We had a wonderful 2 weeks stay. Our family covered 4 generations and the villa is a perfect layout for all young and old. We just have one recommendation and that is that the sun loungers need attention. However, I must stress this did not affect our stay. The village is lovely and we ate out a few times in the local bar, restaurant and pizzeria all fabulous. I would recommend a car as there are some wonderful places to visit just a short car drive away. Highly recommended 😁

La villa était très agréable, la climatisation très appréciée. Idéalement bien située pour visiter Carcassonne et ses alentours. Petit bémol sur la piscine qui est devenu verte avec la canicule. Elle manquait d’entretien malgré mon signalement dès le lundi, le jeudi elle était verte avec des punaises d’eau et des araignées d’eau dedans et on ne se baignait plus. C’est bien dommage !

Cette dame à louer pour 4 personnes et à fait venir sa sœur et sa famille. Ils se sont baignés à 8 en pleine canicule Il y avait un pisciniste payé par moi à 50 mètres. Cette locataire est peu recommandable car elle invente des situations inexistantes. A rejeter

Excellent séjour dans cette très jolie maison bien exposée, lumineuse et très fonctionnelle. Le village est charmant. La piscine bien agréable. Le propriétaire et la personne sur place sont à l écoute et très sympathiques.

All you need to relax and enjoy

Yves and his wife, the owners , are very kind. They are ready yo help anytime. The house is perfect for people with mobility dificulties. One room with engined matresses is perfect for them. The town is calm and beautiful, just a walk from the House. The Sky is clean so you can see the stars clearly. Place for repeat for sure.

All good. Great property, amazing location, neighborhood really friendly. Book without fear! Particularly recommend the Tapas bar in the village.
