Ideally located 50 m from the slopes and close to the city center, it consists of:
- a living room with sofa bed (140 bed), tv, fitted kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, microwave / grill oven, 4 induction hobs, coffee maker, etc.),
- a bathroom (bath)
- separate wc,
- sleeping area with bunk beds (sleeping 90),
- ski locker in the basement.
South-facing balcony with table, chairs and loungers
