One house has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths ( 2 Queens, 1 full). The other house has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath (1 Cal King, 1 set of bunk beds, 1 sleeper full futon)). There are also 2 sleeper ottomans (twin size) that can be moved to where they are needed. The houses are connected.
