Great location, lovely property

The location is excellent for train, tram, buses as well as 10 mins from the beach and close to shops and restaurants. The apt is clean and spacious and was perfect for 2 (or more) people. We had a great time and would stay again. Highly recommended.

The appartment was ideal for having everything close, both the seaside, railway station and shopping area. Alse, bedrooms, kitchen and toilet were great, as well as the balconies on two side of the appartment. Great location and easy to book, I suggest it to every guest in Nice!

Lovely apartment. Highly recommended

Beautifully clean apartment with good facilities. Having a washing machine and oven was very useful. We like the musicians area as it is convenient for the railway station and tramway. A dishwasher would have been appreciated.

A good 2 months stay

The apartment is very well located and easy to reach. The neighbourhood is good and you feel safe even at night when you have to go home alone. Compared to other apartments it is also very large and offers a lot of space. Furthermore you will find almost everything you need in the apartment. With Nestor & Jevees you also have a competent contact person.

Great apartment

Excellent location, clean and comfortable apartment. This was our third stay, so the fact that we are happy with it speaks for itself. A dishwasher would have been nice. I’m sure there was one the first time we stayed. For a 2 week stay, dishcloths and extra toilet/kitchen rolls would have been useful. We bought multipacks and left a lot behind. I hope you can make use of them. Pleasethe instructions for internet access on your paperwork. We struggled until we realised that the letters are in a mix of upper and lower case.

Appartement clairement "dans son jus" mais propre et surtout très bien situé à mi chemin entre plage et TER avec la gare de Nice Ville à 10mn.

Nous avons apprécié la localisation et l’espace dans l’appartement. Le lit dans la chambre arrière est inutilisable, il donne l’impression d’une trampoline avec des craquements sonores. Par ailleurs, celui de la chambre avant est confortable.

Super emplacement, proche de toutes les commodités, quartier tranquille et sécuritaire, logement fidèle à à la publicité. Le fauteuil du salon mériterait d'être changé, pas très confortable. C'est le seul point négatif

Appartement central mais sombre en hiver

Appartement très bien situé proche du centre et spacieux. Par contre, il est sombre en hiver et les matelas des lits sont très inconfortables. La couleur citron des murs du salon n'est pas agréable et jure avec la couleur moutarde des chaises. Il manquait également un grande casserole et cocotte minute pour cuisiner.

Debussy Terrace

The spacious living room and dining area.. the glass sliders in each room allowing light in.. great location for train, tram and walking to Prom, Vieux Nice and Port... loved the front terrace, but the noise from the street made it difficult to enjoy

The apartment's location was excellent and, although on a thoroughfare, it was quiet and well served by a bakery and two small supermarkets within a few minutes walk.

- l'espace - les 2 chambres hyper-séparées - double vitrage chambres - service conciergerie et d'avoir permis de garder mon baggage un jour férié après le check-out. Un grand merci.

Noël en famille

Logement très bien situé, proche de la plage, de la gare, du centre, des commodités, et parking couvert (mais payant) à coté. Bref à conseiller pour toutes les familles afin de visiter Nice et Monaco.
