You will enter the home on the upper level through one of two doors and will be greeted by an open concept great room that holds the living room, dining area and kitchen — all with high-end flooring throughout.


Living Room

The living room has soaring vaulted ceilings to bring an open feel. You'll find modern furnishings including a large sectional sofa, a glass-bead and stacked stone gas fireplace, and a 75” HD Smart TV, DVD Player, Apple TV and Sonos. Multiple windows bring in the natural light, accompanied by the red rock views. There are two exits doors leading to two large upper decks and one middle level deck that overlook the red rocks.


Kitchen

The kitchen has been completely updated and fully stocked, and includes new stainless steel appliances, including an electric stove top and double ovens, granite counters and seating at the convenient kitchen bar. Kitchen appliances also include a rice cooker.


Dining area

The grand dining area is spacious and offers seating for fourteen. Additional seating for five at the kitchen bar, as well as outdoor dining for twelve. There is also a work desk in this space for those you may need to catch up on some work.

Master 2 (upper level) — Plush king size bed, chaise lounge, a 55” HD Smart TV, and private access to a full shared bathroom with dual sinks and a marble tub/shower combo.


Bedroom 3 (upper level) — Two plush queen beds, 55” HD Smart TV, and full bath access. Step out the slider doors onto the front deck to enjoy the views and/or soak in the hot tub. There is also a half bath on this level.


Bedroom 4/Bunk Room (lower level) — Two sets of custom built in Queen over Queen bunk beds with USB chargers and individual built in reading lights, a 65” HD Smart TV, Xbox One with Blu-Ray DVD, Sonos speaker and two desks if the kiddos want to play computer games. There is a full bathroom with dual sinks and tub/shower combination.


Bedroom 5 / attached casita — This newly renovated space is next to the garage and has a private entry from the front of the house. It boasts a plush king bed, 55” HD Smart TV/DVD, high-top table chairs, and kitchenette with mini fridge, hot plate, microwave, coffee maker, equipment/utensils. The full bath has shower/tub combo. Perfect space to get away from the group or for those needing ground level entry.


Outdoor Areas

The outdoor spaces that surround the home are truly brilliant! All with breathtaking views, you'll find multiple balconies and an abundance of gardens and local landscaping. In the front of the home is a tranquil water feature made with turquoise rocks, two Zen/yoga spaces, a putting green, walking paths, a chipping area to a putting green, all bounded by mature trees. There is also a private outdoor shower with a rain shower head and instant hot water. While in the back yard, you will find another putting green and chipping area, bocce ball court, Ping Pong Table, a life-size chess board (yes life-size!), corn hole, another yoga/meditation area and an outdoor propane BBQ grill.
