The house was built with forms that encourage the appeasement, "horseshoe" reminiscent of a cocoon. The decoration, the furniture is in the image of the spirit of Asmaa: a marriage of the Berber style with modernity and European comfort.
It is surrounded by a large garden, a fruit garden and a vegetable garden from which come organic vegetables for the preparation of dishes that will be proposed.
An infinity pool surrounded by lawn, facing south, is the ideal place to cool off and take sunbathing.
The hammam, inside the house will be a great way to relax, to empty and forget his worries.
A large lounge dining room is at your disposal with widescreen television receiving channels of TNT French and free international channels.
A caretaker couple is in charge of the property. They will be able to assist you in the management of the house. With a supplement, you will have the opportunity to ask them to prepare some typical meals (couscous, tajines, grilled kebabs .....) and even traditional bread!

Asmaa est une hôte exceptionnelle qui a tout fait pour rendre notre séjour merveilleux. Le riad est magnifique et les repas proposé délicieux. Tout est pensé pour le confort d'un grand groupe et sa tranquillité. Nous avions loué des voitures pour pouvoir se déplacer et nous n'avons eu aucun souci. Dépaysement et confort garantie grâce à ce magnifique riad.

Sehr geschmackvolles Haus in TOP-Zustand

Unsere Gastgeberin und Eigentümerin, Asmaa, hat sich mit ihrem Ferienhaus ein richtiges Juwel geschaffen. 5 gleichwertige, sehr schön eingerichtete Schlafzimmer mit eigenen Bädern, Klimaanlagen und großen Betten (Breite 1,80), die aber auch einzeln gestellt werden können, sind für erholsame Nächte perfekt. Highlight ist der Pool, sehr gepflegt, mit Salzdesinfektion (statt Chlor!) und jeden Morgen vom Gärtner penibel gereinigt. Das gesamte Grundstück ist äußerst liebevoll gestaltet, die Pflanzen sind auf naturnahe Weise arrangiert und sehr gepflegt, jeden Abend gegen zehn wird alles automatisch gewässert. Asmaa hat ihr Ferienhaus mit vielen Kunstwerken und handwerklichen Objekten ausgestattet, die sehr gut passen und zum Teil auch erworben werden können. Sie hat auch einen kleinen Laden mit ausgesuchten marokkanischen Produkten wie Kleidung, Kunstwerken, Keramik und Pflegeprodukten, die sehr günstig gekauft werden können - wir haben sie jedenfalls nicht günstiger auf den Märkten oder in Agadir gefunden. Das Grundstück ist von einer hohen Mauer umgeben und damit praktisch von außen nicht einsehbar. Man fühlt sich wie in seinem eigenen Reich. Dazu kommen zwei Wohnzimmer mit großen Esstisch und Loungeecken, eine mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattete Küche (außer Spülmaschine) und das Beste: Man kann sich abends bekochen lassen. Wir haben das an fünf Abenden gemacht und sind auf das Herrlichste mit wunderbaren Drei-Gänge-Essen verwöhnt worden. Parkplätze sind vorhanden.

Beauty, Quietness, Taste, Luxury, Generosity in beautiful Rural Morocco

We stayed 7 nights at Riad Asmaa and we loved every moment of it. The house is gorgeous and the gardens are sublime. Clearly The owners have an amazing taste and unlike many houses, they paid attention to every single detail in the house. Being moroccan, I really appreciated the investment in time and money they have put in the place. Everything is extremely clean and very well maintained including the pool. Now lets get to the best of the best, the house is guarded by Ito and Mohammed who are very very nice and attentive. They anticipate anything you might need and provide the help. They are very discreet and you hardly notice their presence. They made our stay so joyful and nice. Most of us in the house were moroccan and we all highly appreciated Ito's Cuisine even my Mom:))) I would recommend that you buy your own groceries and ask Ito to cook for you. It is a nice way to see moroccan souks (markets). This is a place I will go back to for sure and will recommend to friends. I hope this jewel will never change. Thank you so much for your hospitality

Avec ma famille, nous tenons à témoigner d'avoir passé d'agréables vacances au riad Asmaa. C'est le cadre idéal pour pouvoir se ressourcer et recharger les batteries loin du stress de la vie parisienne. Le riad offre des atouts exceptionnels en terme de paysage, d'équipements fonctionnels et d'aménagements intérieurs. Le style de décoration qui marie le modern à l'artisanat marocaine ainsi que le beau jardin paysagé inspirent la paix et la serenité. De plus, nous avons eu la chance d'avoir Mohamed et Yettou qui se sont bien occupés de nous et qui nous ont donné des leçons de simplicité, de joie de vivre et surtout Yettou qui nous a fait profité de ses bons plats marocains, couscous et tagines berbéres et qui a eu la gentillesse de me révéler les secrets pour faire un bon tagine berbére. Enfin mais pas le moindre, louer ce riad m'a permis de faire connaissance d'Asmaa que j'ai eu seulement par telephone à ce jour et qui inspire une gentillesse et une bienveillance extraordinaires.

je vous conseille très fortement cette magnifique maison. une maison en pleine coline très bien situé avec un confort absolument exceptionnel. maison très très bien entrenu côté jardins par Mr mohamed le gardien des lieux. côté intérieur cet maison répond à tout pour passer un excellent sejour. 5 étoiles pour "itou"cet femme d'une qualité humaine rare et d'une extrême gentillesse, elle nous fais voyager a travers ces plats marocain et le pain fait maison que du bonheur. Itou et Mohamed merci pour ce que vous êtes. notre famille ce tarde déjà d'y être a nouveau. A bientôt inchaAllah
