Complex offers 4 lighted tennis courts and new pickle ball courts, beautifully renovated heated pool, hot tub, sauna. Boat docks, and fishing dock, tiki hut, shuffleboard, and two brand new grills. Complex offers a community laundry room with HD washers/dryers. Great location!!! Just steps to the white sandy gulf beach. Putt putt golf across parking lot, and several shops and eateries within walking distance, including the Award-winning Salt Rock Grill. The unit has one assigned covered parking space located at the end of North building. There are also several visitor spots available. So much to do at this fantastic property. Fitness room avail upon request *fee applies. This is a perfect place to rejuvenate, spend time with family, be as active as you like or just sit and relax with a good book watching dolphin swim by. This property offers the best of both sides of the beach and intracoastal waterway. A True GEM!!!
