Renovated in the tradition by craftsmen with ancestral know-how we have brought all modern comforts (all rooms are air conditioned and have a TV, the large living room is air-conditioned and also equipped with a TV) Keeping the charm and the authenticity of the earthen houses we made a large modern and comfortable villa. It is possible to rent a room from 20 euros per night per person (each room has its own bathroom) or exclusive request on request (from 120 euros per day in low season). Vacationers have access to all parts of the house except rooms they have not reserved. A financial contribution will be requested for the use of certain equipment (eg steam room 15 / day of use) according to the request. Simo, the homeowner's caretaker, maintains the house, welcomes guests and can help them in their day-to-day lives. Towels, sheets and cleaning are included in the price. Meals or breakfasts can be served upon request for participation (it is possible to organize the service of a cook)
