Perfect

This was a work trip for me so all I needed was someplace to come home to after a long day. And this place was perfect. It was quiet and the staff was helpful and respectful every time I needed them. The location was great, I was able to see fireworks from where I was. It was a fantastic stay. The only thing to be mindful of is if you rent a car. The space is small so don't get a big rental.

Awesome view

The condo was perfect! Great location, awesome view. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to Oahu. David could not have been more helpful. Met us the day we arrived and personally took us up to the unit. We were kept informed of events at the high rise with weekly newsletters. Mahalo

Hawaii condo facing Diamondhead and near Waikiki.

The unit was well located with a wonderful view and reasonably priced. There were a number of issues when we arrived, some of which were never resolved. The refrigerator did not work for the majority of 2+ weeks (a small refrig. was eventually set up in the living room) and shower door was inoperable. Other issues such as the coffee maker and running toilet were promptly addressed.

Lovely view, very dirty and lots of issues, broken refrig, toilets, etc

I rarely write a negative review, but, honestly this one needs to help save future visitors.. The condo wasn’t cleaned and I found garbage cans full in the back corner of the closets, plus…. The unit has NOT been renovated per the advertisement, there were dodads placed to make it look better, but everything was very old, including cracked tiles covered by a rug! The furniture is very uncomfortable. The toilet leaked the entire time, . The refrigerator was broken and the property management brought a small apartment size. We were told we would be compensated. It did happen but very little. We rented for 30 nights, I left after 3 weeks, just kept thinking things would get better. My sister stayed and last I heard they were still trying to fix the toilet! Not ready for a vacation rental, needs major updating and cleaning. I could list many more items, but, you get the picture. It does have a beautiful view and is walkable.
