This prestigious residence of 400 m2 includes two independent apartments restored with charm which offer two rental possibilities with a rental of the FULL MAS for 18p or a GITE of 12p. Thus the complete MAS includes two kitchens on the ground floor opening onto three shaded terraces, two living rooms (70m2 and 40 m2) opening onto shaded terraces with views of the vineyards, including a large living room of 70 square meters, 8 bedrooms with bathrooms (two of the bedrooms have private bathrooms, the other seven each have a private bathroom in the bedroom), three terraces. On the second floor, a roof terrace with an incomparable view of the vineyards. Many relaxation areas in the Mas park will allow you to combine conviviality and tranquility to share moments with family or friends.

-An independent part of the Mas (Gite of 12p) with 6 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen as well as a separate cottage or studio of 2p with view on the vines (total of 14p).
-The independent part of the Mas with only 3 bedrooms (gite 6p).

Depending on the chosen formula, price differences will be applied.
Know that in case of rental of the cottage of 6p or 12p, we live, with my husband, in the other part of the farmhouse without any promiscuity with our tenants and in the greatest discretion. We are concerned to help you if necessary so that your vacation goes as smoothly as possible.



You will savor moments of peace and tranquility by the pool in the sun of Provence, in a bucolic setting quite exceptional. Small aperitifs, lunches on the terraces, or in the shade of large oak trees, dinners under the trees lit with garlands or under the stars, barbecues with friends, naps in the hammock lulled by the song of the cicadas, sunbathing by the pool or swimming, tasting of wines from the estate.

The Mas du Saint-Esprit is also an ideal starting point:

- to discover the most beaches of the Var coast, from Saint-Raphaël to Ramatuelle,

- for walks through the numerous and prestigious natural sites. The Mas Saint-Esprit is indeed located less than 30 minutes from the Gorges du Verdon, the Saut du Capelan in the Massif des Maures, the Deep Gorges of the Nartuby and its 3 prehistoric caves: "Mouret cave", "The cave of the goats" and "the cave of the bats".

- to practice outdoor activities. Mountain biking routes leave from the area and open onto the many circuits of the countryside or surrounding vineyards, or even in the Maures and Estérel mountains. An equestrian center 2 km away will offer another mode of excursion. Aquatic hikes, rafting are practiced in the Grand Canyon of Verdon.

- to visit the magnificent Provencal villages, worthy of postcards, less than 15 minutes from the domain: Tourtour (classified among one of the most beautiful villages in France), Flayosc, Sillans la Cascade, Cotignac, Trigance, or even, the medieval village des Arcs sur Argens. You will be delighted by their farmers' and craftsmen's markets, including the essential Provencal market in Lorgues on Tuesday mornings. These villages are also home to many romantic and gourmet restaurants.

- to practice the 15 golf courses, less than an hour from the estate. These will offer golf enthusiasts and enthusiasts very pleasant golfing moments with a variety of courses, flat, hilly areas with sea or countryside views..

- for “shopping” or cultural days in one of the most beautiful cities in Provence. Cannes, Nice, and Aix-en-Provence are only an hour from the estate. These cities could be the opportunity to visit their many museums: Modern Art (Nice), the Matisse Museum (Nice), the Marc Chagall Museum (Nice), the Picasso Museum (Antibes), the Maeght Foundation (Saint- Paul-de-Vence), Atelier Cézanne (Aix-en-Provence), Mucem (Marseille)…

- for a wine tourism circuit which begins with a journey through the vineyards and the chaix of the estate and which continues through the Côtes de Provence wine route. A visit to the wine estates can be an opportunity to combine the discovery of the region's wines and terroirs with that of numerous exhibitions, small concerts and other cultural events.

-It can also be organized in the field of fitness sessions with a sports coatch and a nature course in the field and even massage sessions for tenants who would be interested.

Namely, when the entire Mas is rented, on the property, a cottage accommodates the keepers of the domain who will not fail to make themselves available when needed while remaining very discreet. Their dog, an adorable briard with adults and children, is in a way the host of the estate!
