Picturesque seaside house, built inside a natural cave, from whose panoramic terrace you can enjoy an enchanting sunset over the splendid bay of Citara and from which you can easily walk to the famous thermal gardens 'Poseidon', several equipped bathing establishments and the free beach. Also on foot, in the square in front of the house, you can also reach bars, restaurants / pizzerias, newsagents, supermarkets and boutiques. About 2 km away from the town of Forio, it consists of a comfortable living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms and two independent bathrooms. Fully furnished, it has air conditioning, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, TV, wi-fi and outdoor shower (with hot water).

Federico was an excellent host! Check-in was smooth and easy, the rental was clean and comfy, and Federico is very communicative. The location is perfect if you are looking to be walking distance from a good sandy beach and/or Poseidon. The sunsets on that patio - there are no words. Porto Forio is just a 5 minute taxi or 3 bus stops away. We couldnt have asked for a better experience. I hope to return to this charming bungalo one day soon!! Thank you for everything Federico!!

Einzigartig

Wie bereits vor vier Jahren hatten wir hier einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Das Wohnzimmer in der Höhle und die grosse Terrasse sind einzigartig, die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und gepflegt eingerichtet. Das Haus von Federico ist sehr zu empfehlen. Mit der Umgebung waren wir phasenweise nicht zufrieden: vom benachbarten Hotel und den Strandhotels wird man beschallt, wer Ruhe sucht, ist nicht gut bedient. Morgens zog Rauch ins Schlafzimmer, da in der Nähe etwas verbrannt wurde (was wohl nicht sehr ökologisch ist). Danke Federico, dass wir wiederum zu Gast sein durften

Schöne Wohnung, kurze Wege

Sehr nette Wohnung an gut gelegenem Ort. Schöne Terrasse. In der Wohnung befindet sich ein Durchgangszimmer als Schlafzimmer mit einem Bad. Ein zweites, kleineres Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett und ebenfalls einem Bad kommt danach.Für Familien mit Kindern gut geeignet, für zwei Paare eher schwierig. Ebenfalls im Wohnzimmer noch eine Schlafmöglichkeit. Im Kleingedruckten, das ich leider übersah, stand etwas von zusätzlichen Gebühren für zusätzliche Gäste. Dabei waren wir nur zu zweit. Sehr merkwürdige zusätzliche Kosten. Angeblich wegen der gestiegenen Energiekosten. Aber auch da kann ich bei einer Belegung von zwei Personen keinen Sinn sehen. Egal, die Wohnung ist klasse, gerne wieder.

posizione buona, casa comoda e ben arredata.

Unica pecca aver omesso che le due camere da letto con rispettivi bagni, sono una dentro l'altra. Per cui per andare in bagno si deve necessariamente accedere alla prima camera da letto, che porta ad una seconda cameretta con bagno. quest'ultima con finestra, priva d'uscita sul terrazzo, insomma ci si sente un pò in trappola.

Dejlig lejlighed tæt på strand og aktiviteter

Lejligheden er utraditionelt opbygget delvist i en klippe. Den er velindrettet med stue, lille køkken, to værelser og to badeværelser. Udstyret er i orden. Vi nød meget den meget store teresse, som vi havde helt for os selv. Lejligheden har en perfekt placering i kort afstand til en dejlig strand med rent og klart vand. Der er også kort til andre aktiviteter og en god gåafstand til Forio. Busserne kører tit, så der er ikke behov for bil. Et lille supermarked tæt på lejligheden har det mest nødvendige. Resten kan købes i Forio. Vær opmærksom på, at der af og til kan være høj musik fra omkringliggende hoteller, men det slutter altid før midnat og kan være hyggeligt i sig selv. Vi havde en dejlig ferie og kan varmt anbefale lejligheden. Ischia er smuk og god at holde en afslappende ferie på.

Schöne Unterkunft in schöner Lage

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, waren als Familie mit zwei Teenagern unterwegs. Die Wohnung ist einfach aber praktisch gehalten, es gibt zwei en-suite Badezimmer, Ausstattung mit Geschirr, Spülmaschine und tadellosem wlan. Entfernung zum Strand und zum nachsten Mini Markt 2 min. Wir können das als Basis sehr empfehlen!

Schönes Appartment fast direkt am Meer

Wir haben uns in der "Cava" sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus rundum weiter empfehlen. Tolle Lage, in drei Minuten ist man am Strand. Und im kleinen Supermarkt findet sich alles, was man braucht. Manchmal war es in den umliegenden Hotels etwas laut. Schöner Garten und tolle Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer. Netter Vermieter.

The apartment was in a good loctaton. Walkling to a beach and a waterpark. Bus ride to town and the rest of the island. Flat itself, simply furnished and only suitable for family with small kids as people in the bunk bed room, have to walk through the main bedroom, no privacy.

Urgemütliches Ferienhaus mit tollem Blick auf´s Meer

Wir haben uns in dem tollen Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. In dem kleinen Ort Citara war alles vorhanden, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht (Mini-Markt, Kiosk, Restaurants usw.) und mit dem Bus konnte man bequem alle umliegenden Städte erreichen. Was uns unvergesslich bleiben wird, sind die wunderschönen Sonnenuntergänge, die wir von der großen Terrasse aus beobachten konnten. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen.

Perfect place, perfect host, perfect beach

We stayed 1 week at Frederico's place and we loved it! At any point of time we could reach Frederico for any kind of questions and everything was perfectly organised. The apartment and the direct surroundings were just beautiful. I loved taking a shower outside in the sun and smelling the scent of the flowers that are everywhere around the place. Twice a day I went to the beach. It could be reached within a 5 minutes walk and is supposed to be one of the best beaches on the island according to the locals I met there. A perfect holiday! Again, Frederico, thank you so much for everything!

Schönes Haus für einen tollen Urlaub

Wir waren mit drei Kindern in dem Haus und hatten eine tolle Zeit dort. Besonders von der riesigen Terrasse mit Außendusche und dem großen Hauptzimmer waren wir sehr angetan. Die Räume waren alle sauber und in dezent italienischem Stil eingerichtet. In der Küche haben wir alles Notwendige zum Kochen und Essen gefunden. Gut auch, dass eine Waschmaschine vorhanden ist. Der kurze Weg zum Strand von Citara war ebenfalls perfekt. Ohne Auto ist das Einkaufen etwas beschwerlich, da – abgesehen von einem Mini-Markt – die nächsten Supermärkte rund zwei Kilometer entfernt liegen. Mit dem Bus sind sie aber auch in zehn Minuten zu erreichen. Wir wollen auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Großzügiges und interessant gestaltetes Appartment

Riesige Terrasse, ruhig und gut möbliert, wenn nicht gerade im Hotel nebenan Livemusik gemacht wird! Günstige Lage zu Busverbindungen, zum Strand und zu Restaurants. Einschränkung: SAT TV in der Anzeige bedeutet hier: NUR italienisches Fernsehen! Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren in der Anzeige avisiert, mussten aber nach Nachfrage mit 15 € pro Person extra bezahlt werden. Nur zu finden versteckt im Kleingedruckten unter der Rubrik: "Preise ansehen"! Wäschewechsel erfolgte nicht innerhalb von 10 Tagen! Dennoch haben wir dort eine schöne Zeit verbracht, wenn auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter zwar sehr nett, aber im Vergleich auch etwas aufwändig war.

Nähe zum Strand , Bushaltestelle, Thermalgarten

Interessantes Ambiente mit dem höhlenähnlichen Wohnraum. Gute Busverbindung und Nähe zum Strand und Thermal garten. Wir vermissten in der Küche eine Kaffeemaschine oder einen Handfilter. Schön wäre es gewesen, wenn in der Wohnung Infomaterial zur Insel oder ein Busfahrplan gelegen hätte. Sonst alle technischen Geräte vorhanden ( Geschirrspülmaschiene, Waschmaschine TV Gerät). Sinnvoll wäre es möglicherweise Bedienungsanleitungen sichtbar aususzulegen. Als Hinweis: Handyempfang ( LTE) sehr schlecht. Hat aber nichts mit dem Besitzer der Wohnung zu tun. Mit Ameisen hatten wir auch ein Problem. Vorsicht bei der Hängematte😉 Man ist schneller unten als man denkt.
