Super clean. Great central location. Would have been nice to have another bed in the 3rd room instead of a single bed, because the sofa bed was a little uncomfortable (there was 7 of us). Otherwise it was an enjoyable stay!

The neighborhood is about two blocks away from a sketchy main road. Lots of homeless people meandering about. The house felt safe enough despite the location. All appliances worked well, good water pressure, good water temperature. Rooms were fine. Art in the house is very classy.

Nice place.

Very clean. One side of a duplex. Property doesnt sleep 12 unless you count sleeping on the floor or outside. 4 beds plus some couches. Very nice location with convenient access to major roads without having to hear them.

The Neighborhood has changed a lot in 50 years.. With Glenn Highway a block away and downtown only 7 minutes away you can satisfy the most discriminating taste. Go North to the Army base/ Wasilla or Denali, this home is a great location to access whatever the desire.

What makes this property unique

My home is a senior lady with unique charm. She is not the Capt. Cook, Marriott or the Ritz. She is comfortable and affordable for the visitors wanting to experience easy access Alaska's great outdoors.
