About this property
Little Brook Cottage
Next to a seasonal brook and a short walk to the town center. On the island's quiet side but close to the ocean and Echo Lake which is perfect for swimming and small boats. One bedroom, one bath. A full bed in bedroom and a daybed with a pull out trundle bed. First season to rent so new floors in kitchen and bath, new countertop, fresh paint. A shed houses two bikes and swim floatees. Two miles to blueberry fields and walking paths along Long Pond.
