Guests maintain a quiet atmosphere, keep the unit clean, and return it clean, or pay $250 monthly for cleaning.

Optional: $6 for W/D load.


RESTRICTION:
Due to the building structure, bathroom type and design, furniture type, and safety issues, the unit WOULD NOT FIT LARGE FRAME PERSONS / ANYONE ABOVE 200 lbs.

LOCATION:
5-minute drive to the Naval Depot, 15-20 to Capitol or Carlisle or Camp Hill and Mechanicsburg several hospitals, and 25 to Hershey Medical Center and Hershey amusements park and outlets.

The place is in the vibrant OLD FASHION DOWNTOWN MECHANICSBURG: a dine and wine strip - alive almost 24/7 during the Spring - Summer months.


No excessive alcohol, no parties, no illegal drugs. Only registered guests are allowed in (no visitors or guests are permitted). VIOLATION OF HOUSE RULES TERMINATE THE STAY WITH NO REFUND.

1 private parking MAY be available; plenty of street parking.

HOUSE RULES:
1. You will get the door code + Internet code + a tour of your unit with the "DO's" and the "DONT's" regarding parking, trash, emergency procedure, and how to pay $6 for each load of W/D - upon arrival.

2. Guests do not pay the cleaning fee IF they keep the unit clean; return the unit cleaned and intact; otherwise DO pay $250 monthly or their deposit is not returned.

3. We conserve energy; Summer cooling: 72 or above; Winter heating 70 or below. Pls use water responsibly.

4. You are a guest and not allowed to bring your guests or visitors (others not on the reservation list). Unauthorized visitors will be trespassers and removed by the police.

5. House rules follow the PA Tenement, Lodging, and Boarding Houses Act.
The main items are: no visitors; maintain a clean unit and quiet atmosphere; no smoking, no vaping, no candles or any open fire, no illegal drugs or excessive drinking. No pets. Report any issue 24/7.

6. We apply pest control and disinfectant as per CDC guidelines. Way before the Corona era, the spread of bed bugs was and remains a major issue. Due to our tight pesticide procedures, WE HAVE NOT HAD BED-BUGS EVER IN OUR PLACES. You CAN NOT come if your belongings are infected.

You agree to participate in the monthly 'Cleaning and Maintenance Day'.

7. Any violation may immediately terminate your stay, without a refund. We are Super Hosts that serve and accommodate SUPER guests only.
