Spacious 4-bedroom villa of 250 m², Villa Victoria offers a magnificent setting with its 40 m² terrace overlooking the natural stone infinity pool, the turquoise water of the lagoon, and the blue ocean.

A true haven of peace with its water lily ponds, its grandiose sunsets and its direct access to the beach by a staircase, it offers beautiful relaxation areas (dining table, sofa, armchairs, sunbeds, mattresses ...) as well a barbecue for your grills.

The villa is secure (fence + gate automatic access + alarm), and has space to park two cars. Outdoor parking as needed.

INSIDE

On the ground floor, the interior offers a refined decoration with furniture with modern lines made by a Filipino designer. In the extension of the terrace, the spacious living room is a real place of conviviality under its magnificent framework of exotic wood. The living room is equipped with a flat screen, satellite channels and Wi-Fi internet access.

The open kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator / fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, Nespresso machine, coffee machine, 4 induction hobs, toaster, kettle ...).

The four bedrooms are air conditioned and all have a charming bathroom and toilet (they all have a double bed, and a hairdryer is present in each bathroom). One bedroom with single bed (and / or cot if needed) can be made available if you are 9.

OFFERED SERVICES

Linen provided (sheets, duvets, towels, tea towels).

Housekeeping offered twice a week. This additional service offered by the owners is subject to hazards that we do not control (holidays, etc.)

Garden and swimming pool maintained regularly.

ENVIRONMENT / DISTRICT

The villa is facing the ocean, on the west coast which enjoys a unique microclimate with over 300 days of sunshine a year, and is located in a quiet and residential area.

You will appreciate the proximity of many services of proximity to 300 m of the villa (supermarket, bakery and tobacco-press).

The city center of the famous seaside resort of Saint-Gilles-les-Bains is about 2 km away and offers many shops and restaurants. Boucan-Canot and its famous beach is 1.5 km away and also hosts many restaurants.

Treat yourself to an exceptional moment on the intense island in Villa Victoria, ideally located as a starting point for excursions to the island (the three cirques, volcano, paragliding, helicopter, hiking, mountain biking, big game fishing , canyonning, sea trip ...).

RULES OF PROCEDURE

Parties and receptions are strictly prohibited.

It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the villa.

Animals are not allowed.

CONDITIONS OF RESERVATIONS

Rental of 5 days minimum.

To book, a transfer of 25% of the rental amount will be required. The balance will be paid 30 days before your arrival.
In case of late booking (less than 30 days before the beginning of the stay), the total amount of the stay must be paid upon booking.

Deposit: An imprint of credit card or check of 2000 euros (not cashed) will be requested upon arrival and will be returned no later than 15 days after your departure provided that no damage has been caused to the Villa.

Time of entry: between 15h and 19h.
Release time: between 8h and 11h.
These times may vary in your favor if the villa is not rented before and / or after.

In case of late arrival (after 19h) or early departure (before 8am), thank you to report it (a supplement of 50 € will be requested on arrival).
