Ideal for your holidays, this large, fully restored mansion located in a quiet area near the sea (2 km) is also close to the shops in the town (800 m).
The property includes: 5 large bedrooms (including 1 on the ground floor), 3 shower rooms (including 1 on the ground floor), 2 toilets (including 1 ground floor), a fully fitted and equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher etc.), a living room with a large fireplace, a garden of around 700 m² with a large south-facing terrace and garden furniture.
Private parking.
It can accommodate around 12 people, ideal for holidays, family reunions, weddings, hiker groups (near the GR34) or a romantic weekend!
Many possible walks in the nearby surroundings (Lannion, Morlaix, Ploumanac'h, Perros-Guirrec etc.), nautical activities, horse riding etc.
Rental possible for all periods of the year (week, weekends, etc.), rates vary depending on the period, for more details contact us.

Maison fidèle à l’annonce, propre, bien située en sortie de la ville et avec un joli jardin.Logement propre, de style ancien mais en état.Le linge de maison n’est pas fourni (draps, serviettes, torchon de cuisine,…)La « Grange vadrouille » est accessible à pied par un chemin à travers bois éloigné de la route (15-20 minutes).
