Our gorgeous oceanview condo is located in the eco-friendly Reserva Conchal community, right on Playa Conchal beach, one of Costa Rica’s finest, 2.5kms of extraordinary white sand beach and calm turquoise waters!

Come relax, discover and enjoy Pura Vida to its finest!

As our guest, you will have access to Reserva Conchal’s 5 stars amenities, Westin Hotel and newly built W, its restaurants, incredible pools, spa, its world renowned golf course, gorgeous beach club with its spa, gym and entertainment!

We are 20min walk from the Beach Club when walking through Westin Hotel, this a gorgeous walk through nature and you will meet iguanas, monkeys and lots of gorgeous tropical birds on the way! It is our daily walk with our kids. Otherwise our beach club is a 5 min drive (you can also rent a golf cart in Conchal, which is a very fun way to experience Conchal). Free shuttle is also at your disposition to bring you to (or back from) the Beachclub, W or Westin facilities.

We also offer daily housekeeping every other day during weekdays so that it is a true vacation for you!

We made Conchal our home 8 years ago and are happy to share this little slice of paradise with you!

Great space in Playa Brasilito

We had a fantastic stay at this property. The condo was large and had more than enough space for our family of five. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to make meals and then could go out and enjoy the access to the pool, kayaks, and mountain biking through the Beach Club. Julie was an amazing host and probably had the best communication of any owner we’ve ever rented from. The welcome information was really useful, and she was quick to answer any questions we had. Would definitely recommend this property if you are staying in the area!

Georgeous home with beautiful views

We had a wonderful time at Reserva Conchal. Julie the owner was absolutely amazing, she spent so much time communicating before our trip and coordinated everything for us. Her home is gorgeous with a beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean. We greatly appreciate the magnificent Reserva Conchal Beach, the tennis courts, the beach club and the “meeting” of many animals, Monkeys and Coati had our preference. I highly recommend Julie’s house, we will come back.

Wonderful Farge Family Home

The apartment is really big and well equipped! There are even toys for kids. The complex is in a gated reserve with good security. We had access to a number of facilities including a great beach club with towel, chair, restaurant and bar services. It has a fitness centre and two pools as well as the beach. The restaurant is good and reasonably priced. The condo is on the ground floor and has a large private outdoor patio and really friendly birds! There are two buildings and they share a great pool complex that includes a tub and toddler pool. We would definitely go back! Thanks

Our Return to Magnificent Reserva Conchal

My wife and I, and our 4 of our children aged 5-10, enjoyed a visit to Reserva Conchal where we were married at the Westin more than ten years ago. This time we were looking for a place to stay that would accommodate our family better than the Westin. We were excited to find this home, and very appreciative that the owners had made it available. It was perfect for our family. The pictures are accurate, however the home feels larger upon arrival than what we were expecting. Everything was clean, and the home was ready for our stay. Julie and Elad as hosts were absolutely wonderful. They responded quickly even while they were traveling internationally, and offered many great tips for our stay. The home was very peaceful in the evenings, and morning coffee on the patio was great. Reserva Conchal is absolutely beautiful and does not disappoint with the fabulous beach club and pool. Lots of areas to explore with family. We highly recommend travelers to rent a car and get out and see some of the nearby towns. The views during a sunset dinner at Gracia (recommended by hosts) will be remembered by our family forever. We have travelled extensively in Central America, and can say with confidence that Reserva Conchal, this property, and its hosts, are all exceptional. Thank you Julie, Elad, and family for so graciously offering your home, and for the pleasantries we exchanged. To anyone deciding whether or not to book, just take the leap. You will not be disappointed.

Fantastic property in Reserva Conchal

This is a lovely place to stay in Reserva Conchal. We traveled with our 3 kids (age 14, 12 and 9) and it was a perfect fit for us. The unit is newly updated, the rooms are spacious and there is a nice sized patio with a dining area and outdoor furniture. Julie is a great host. She is very attentive and responds quickly to any inquiry or issue. She is also a wealth of knowledge about the area and has plenty of recommendations for excursions, dining and any activities you might be interested in. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to vacation in this beautiful area.
