Check in on April 19th through the 26th.

If you are coming to visit the Palm Springs area on vacation, Marriott's Shadow Ridge Villas have an outstanding reputation as one of the finest First Class Luxury Resorts in the Desert. Complimentary activities - Gym, Exercise Classes, Mixers, Movies, Yoga.

This is my timeshare studio and I cannot use it this year. I am offering the 1 Bedroom Studio for the TOTAL price of $1,198 for the week. This includes all taxes and resort fees. No surprises. The only requirement that Marriott has is that you are at least 21 years old and have a valid ID at check in and a credit card to pay for any incidentals you charge to your guest room during your stay. If there are no charges you will not be charged anything additional. This is a smoke free resort and no pets are allowed.

The reservation will be confirmed by written document and a Guest Certificate will be issued in your name. I accept payments via PAYPAL or bank exchange.
