Of course bring your dogs, as the fully fenced in backyard and seating areas are perfect. A great home away from home for locals doing renovations, moving into Atlanta, in town on contract or short term projects.

Just minutes from downtown in the heart of Collier Hills and Buckhead, this lovely home is perched on top of a country themed hill, surrounded by trees, birds, and sunlight, and feet away from paths, playgrounds, parks, restaurants and more.

The location is perfect for getting anywhere in and around Atlanta, from the Collier Hills neighborhood, off of 75N and Northside Drive. Blocks from Piedmont Hospital, the Beltline Path and 2 parks - Tanyard Creek and Memorial Park, Bobby Jones Golf Course, and so much more...

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Keys should be left in the kitchen cabinet by the back door. Pull door closed and confirm it is locked.
Sheets and towels should be washed and dried. Can be left dried in dryer but without it left running.
If you have pets, please be sure sofa coverings provided are washed and dried, and yard is clear of any dog waste.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Beautiful property and excellent location. We enjoyed walking the shaded trails a mere .4 miles away and admired the beautiful homes in the neighborhood. The place was clean, the kitchen was well appointed, and there were many thoughtful touches to make our stay enjoyable. Highly recommend

Collier Hills, Buckhead is the absolutely best area of all of Atlanta... close to all of the major highways, access to multiple back streets to anywhere, and situated in a hilly, lush, and country-like area... close to the city and downtown Buckhead.

What makes this property unique

This hilltop property feels more like something in the country than in the city. The tiered backyard is lush, large, and provides various seating areas for dinner, throwing a ball, or simply hanging out with friends.
