The Villa is a private property located within residential area of beach club Atami. The Villa runs as a boutique hotel property & private home Rental for large groups.
The Villa offers various open garden areas decorated with local artists wallpaintings. The art can be appreciated throughout all the Villa spaces. Each of the Villas bedrooms have an unique different design curated by local contemporary artists.
Pool area is constantly getting improved with new art & LED-lightning decorations.

Safe, Modern, Spacious & Fully Furnished Beach Villa including:
- Plasma TV with Cable
- FREE WIFI
- Karaoke Lounge
- Sound System
- Private Bar
- Kitchen (Kitchen area provides electronic devices only, UTENSILS, PAPER & GLASSWARE are NOT provided)
- 3 Outdoors BBQ Station Areas
- 2 Loung Areas
- Private internal & external Safe Parking
- NEW Woodish Pool Deck Area with Stereo System (provided upon request), Large Waterfall which falls into the adult pool area, New Kids safe pool area.
- New Hidro-Massage area (Similar but not same as Jacuzzi..you gotta try it out!), Pool Bar zone.
- Free Hammocks and picnic/recreational areas
- Free Wi-Fi (3G) (10mb of speed) (Stronger Connection in open areas)
