Detached stone house of 56 m², comprising: living room, fitted kitchen (furniture, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge-freezer ...), 1 bedroom with 140cm bed, 1 shower room, 1 WC, 1 90cm bed + 1 140cm sofa bed in the living room. A terrace with its furniture. Garden fenced by a gate, parking for 2 cars inside, terrace, palm trees, greenery. _ Wifi - Internet access.
This gîte, located at the entrance to the medieval village, is located in the heart of the Bordeaux vineyards. Classified 3 stars ***.
A security deposit of 380 € will be requested upon arrival. This deposit will be returned to you no later than one week after your departure, minus any damage or the cost of restoring the premises.

An additional extra bed (sofa bed 140) for the fourth (maximum fifth person) of € 15 / person / night.
