The studio is located on the 2nd (last) floor of the residence, you can park at the foot of the residence; So even on days when the parking lots are full, you will always park 2 steps from the beach.

The wc is on the studio landing, JUST NEXT TO THE STUDIO ENTRANCE, l (Nothing annoying, it is really right next to the studio, you will most certainly be the only ones using it)

You will be 45 minutes from ETRETAT 45 minutes from DIEPPE 25 minutes from FECAMP 20 minutes from VEULES LES ROSES 1 hour from HONFLEUR .....

This is a studio, so there are no separate bedrooms (ABRITEL defaults to 1 bedroom)

 A deposit check of 200 € is ESSENTIAL on the day of your arrival.

For ecological and economic purposes, a meter reading will be made on your arrival and your departure (the price already contains 10kw / days which corresponds to a "normal" consumption in positive temperature.(price edf € 0.15 per kw))
