Former farmhouse renovated in 2017, the gîte is located in the Auvergne volcano park on the Cézallier plateau in Puy-de-Dôme, 5 minutes from the village of ANZAT LE LUGUET in the small village of Miséra.
It offers 170 m² available:
- on the ground floor: 1 large room including: 1 living room with television, wood stove, 1 dining area, an integrated kitchen; 1 bedroom of 12 m² with 1 160x200 bed, 1 spacious shower room and an independent WC.
- on the 1st floor: 4 bedrooms with 2 90x200 beds, a shower room and an independent WC.
Heating: electric radiators and wood stove (logs provided). Washing machine, and dryer / dishwasher, / oven / microwave / fridge with freezer, TV / wifi (free).
Cross-country skiing base, and numerous hiking trails nearby.
Please note: in winter special equipment is required.

Urlaub für Naturliebhaber

Das Haus ist rustikal, aber geräumig und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet ( u.a. Waschmaschine, Trockner, Spülmaschine, 2 Toiletten, 2 Badezimmer...) Das Haus ist Teil der Siedlung Miséra in der Gemeinde Anzat-le-Luguet. Miséra besteht aus vier Häusern, die aber alle als Ferienhäuser genutzt werden. Wir waren fast die ganze Zeit allein dort. Die Gemeinde Anzat-le-Luguet besteht aus mehreren Siedlungen, die teilweise weit auseinander liegen. Von Misera bis zum "Hauptort" Anzat sind es fast 6 Km. Dort kann man im Restaurant morgens Baguette und Croissants und Pain au chocolat bekommen. Es empfiehlt sich diese vorzubestellen, wenn man größere Mengen braucht. Die nächste (kleine und teure) Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist in Ardes (11 Km entfernt). In Ardes gibt es auch eine Apotheke und eine Post. Wir sind daher immer zum Super U in St Germaine-Lembron gefahren, wo man auch billiger tanken kann. Für den Notfall gibt es jedoch auch in Anzat und in Ardes Tankmöglichkeiten. Auch wenn die Versorgung in Misera etwas aufwendiger ist, kann ich einen Urlaub dort nur empfehlen: Die Landschaft ist wunderschön, es gibt kaum Verkehr, dafür ganz viele Blumen, Schmetterlinge, Rinder mit Kuhglocken und Stille. In der Umgebung gibt es für Unternehmungslustige genug lohnende Ausflusgziele: z.B. das mittelalterliche Dörfchen Blesle, der große Markt in Besse, der wunderschöne, aber teuere Zoo nahe Ardes, eine Wanderung zum Signal de Luguet...

Merci pour votre descriptif précis des conditions de séjour à Miséra. Par souci de complétude je rajouterai que les tarifs du Zoo d'Ardes correspondent à une activité d'une journée entière possible sur le site. Le Zoo est aussi très engagé dans les démarches de sauvegarde animale.

Le descriptif précis de la distribution de nos couchages est sur notre site misera.fr Pour l'alimentation nous mettons à disposition si besoin un deuxième frigo dans notre salle "hors sac".

Le gîte est tres bien équipé et spacieux, nous etions 12 (6 adultes, 6 enfants) confortablement installés. La cuisine propose tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin. Le gîte est très isolé, prévoir de venir avec ses vivres ;)

Effectivement ce qui fait le charme du gite c'est l'éloignement de toute habitation et la grande tranquillité des lieux. Par contre comme indiqué dans le site misera.fr il faut réfléchir et faire un stock avant d'arriver car les magasins sont effectivement à 30mn. Torchons et produits ne sont jamais prévus comme indiqué sur notre site.

Gîte très agréable, mais avec peu d'ustensiles de cuisine.pas de mixeur pour les soupes.

Le gîte indique une proximité avec super Besse de 20 km alors qu'en réalité il y en a plus de quarante. Il serait important de bien vérifier vos annonces. Nous avons loué en pensant que nous serions rapidement sur les pistes. Grosse déception. Rien à dire sur la qualité de l'accueil.

Lieu et gîte très bien situé et très agréable.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce gîte. Nous étions 10 personnes et avons pu apprécier la qualité de la literie très confortable. Ce gîte est très bien équipé avec des ustensiles suffisants pour 10. À noter le petit électroménager qui peut être renouvelé (grille pain, cafetière). L’endroit est très bien situé pour les rando. Que des bons moments passés dans ce gîte.

Une propriété très agréable

Surtout quand on a fréquenté de nombreux autres lieux d'accueil on apprécie cette maisonlieu qui a de multiples qualités : propreté, fraicheur (surtout dans les périodes caniculaires), calme, appareils et ustensiles ménages complets, disponibilité et compréhension des gérants (nous avons pu stocker nos vélos dans un bâtiment annexe), etc. Tout permet d'envisager un séjour parfait. Seul petit bémol ; la photo laisse accroire que le gite est isolé dans la campagne, ce qui n'est pas tout à fait exact (Il est dans un ancien hameau en voie de réhabilitation, pour certains bâtiments) mais cela n'a pas entravé la qualité du site.

un gros potentiel mal exploité.

nous avons passé 2 semaines de vacances dans ce logement en juillet, nous étions 8. Je connais un peu le caractère des gens d'Auvergne, ils sont très sympathiques mais assez réservés, et j'ai trouvé l'accueil un peu froid, d'autant plus que la prise en compte s'est effectuée au pas de charge...je pense que le logement n'avait pas été occupé depuis plusieurs semaines ou plusieurs mois et qu'il n'y a pas eu de pré-visite à notre arrivée pour constater l'état du logement, il y avait donc quelques toiles d'araignée dans les angles et l'escalier,...nous sommes en pleine campagne, il y a donc des insectes, c'est normal, mais le prix du logement a la semaine exige tout de même de la propreté. nous nous sommes vite rendu compte que la connexion internet ne fonctionnait pas, le gérant a donc été prévu mais celle ci n'a pas fonctionné de tout le séjour, ce qui nous a gêné, d'autant plus que le signal GSM est faible et ne fonctionne pas toujours très bien également, cela ne peut être imputé au logement mais a son isolement du réseau. Si vous y allez a la même période il est absolument impératif de prévoir des pièges a mouches (des torttillons collants par exemple) car c'est une invasion, probablement exceptionnelle a cause de la chaleur excessive cette année 2019, or le logement ne dispose pas de moustiquaire aux portes et fenêtres, cela a donc été particulièrement éprouvant ! (je parle de milliers de mouches tuées en 13 jours).....voila sinon le logement est très bien, bien équipé, d'un calme absolu,...il faut faire une trentaine de kilometres pour des courses conséquentes, donc ne rien oublier...la région est superbe ! en conclusion, j'ai trouvé ce logement un peu cher pour ce qu'il offre et la façon dont il est administré.
