I decided to start my Salem vacation rentals when time got close to having to start paying for my boys college tuitions. I now also co-host the "Jefferson Garden Cottage" in Salem OR as well as "In the Heart of Downtown Living"! The "Minto-Brown Island Bunkhouse Retreat" in my newest and oh so lovely listing! I love the hospitality business and supplying guests with beautiful, comfortable, usable spaces to stay in for a much more reasonable price than a hotel.
