This house is located on the best side of Wapato Point with the rear deck and daylight basement facing southwest with sun exposure for most of the day. Low bank waterfront with the shore of Lake Chealn at the backyard. Watch the beautiful sunsets from your private backyard and deck.
Fully furnished with bedding, linens, dishes, and fully appointed kitchen.
Daylight Basement, walk out to the beautiful backyard and to Lake Chelan waterfront for swimming.. You’ll have your own boat buoy to tie up your boat, and your own swim dock.. 2-car garage and plenty of parking..
