Strawberry Park On The Slopes In Beaver Creek Ski-In/Ski-Out

Occupancy is strictly limited to 6 persons including children.

Strawberry Park condos feature true ski-in/ski-out luxury accommodations. Located directly on the slopes, next to a high speed express chairlift. There is an outdoor heated pool, hot tub, steam, sauna, and an exercise room on site. All located just steps to the center of Beaver Creek Village. For stays of 3,4,5 nights a checkout cleaning fee of $200 will be added to the cost of any reservation. If you stay 6 nights or more, the checkout clean is waived.

This condo features a large living room , wood fireplace, three bathrooms, deck area with a gas grill, and a master suite with a king size bed. The second room has a king and a twin day bed with trundle(two twins). Also equipped with a full kitchen and in unit washer and dryer. There is an assigned ski locker on the ski access level, free wifi, great views.

Property Manager will send a separate invoice for Room and Tax to be filled out and sent to them.

HOLIDAY RESERVATIONS that fall between and include the dates December 18 – January 4 (holiday period) a 25% non-refundable payment is due within 24 hours of booking (no extensions) final payment is due November 1st; after which, all payments are non-refundable. Cancellations after November 1st are non-refundable.

RESERVATIONS FOR GREATER THAN 20 DAYS, a 25% non-refundable payment is due within 24 hours of booking (no extensions). full payment will be due 60 days prior to arrival: after which, all payments are non-refundable.

FINAL PAYMENT DUE DATE failure to make final payment by balance due date may result in cancellation of reservation with full forfeiture of payment.

All cancellations must be received in writing.

Location could not be beat. Just off the Strawberry Park Express chair, cross the street to the Village. Pool was great for the kids.

Great location, nice condo

We enjoyed this condo, the patio is spectacular. The unit has been updated nicely and is easy to enjoy. The building has nice amenities and the location cannot be beaten. We had a plumbing issue while there, (the building has a building-wide plumbing problem) but the property manager took care of us. They moved us to another condo for the night and had the condo cleaned after the plumbers fixed the issue. Your family will really enjoy this locatioin and condo.

Great place for families and groups

This property is just across the street from the entrance to the BC village. There is a ski in/ski out entrance from the property to the Strawberry Park Express Lift, which is located central to the whole BC ski area. So the location is perfect. The hot tub and fitness area are small but everyone was friendly, so they were fine. There is a sauna, which my son used every day. The fireplace is wood, not gas, so we didn't use it. Pro tip: bring your own boot dryer. Jean and Lee were helpful during booking, check-in and check-out processes.
