Perfect location for a family spring break getaway. We enjoyed the quiet, peaceful river location while being within a 15 minute drive or so of restaurants and attractions. The hot tub was nice, the kitchen was well appointed, HVAC and hot water were great, beds comfortable. Only things missing for us were a firepit outside and a door to the ensuite bathroom - it is open to the bedroom so best for just one person in that room.
