This unit was extremely clean; which is rare for a beachfront properties. Normally there is sand on the floor, but not here. Tom is an amazing host. He was very quick to respond to any message requests; even before I had elected to stay here. The room is very well appointed, with a comfortable bed, and the fireplace is a nice touch. The "goodie" basket was also a nice touch. A few snacks, popcorn, and coffee for your stay. The view is amazing! The large balcony provides space for sunbathing which we would have taken advantage of had it not stormed all weekend. Will definitely be back! You have a lifelong customer!

Amazing place!

We had the most relaxing time in Myrtle Beach. We watched dolphins from our patio every morning, walked the beach, relaxed on our patio. The stay was perfect, as well as our accomodation!

View, deck and beach were amazing. The condo was well equipped and the king bed was very comfortable. Extras like beach chairs, umbrella & beach towels were appreciated. The resort offers some pool & splash pad fun for the kiddos.. maybe next time! The beach was super clean as was the ocean. We were situated at the less crowded part of the strip which is actually loaded with resorts. Caravelle is a bit dated, but it is definitely maintained and Tom’s unit was perfect. The free parking garage afforded us a spot right in front of our condo. It was a hassle free, most enjoyable weekend. Would definitely book again. Our only request is that we wished there was a screen on the slider so we could have left the door open all night. Glorious sea breezes!Mid September visit was spectacular. Thanks, Tom. Don’t waste your time or money at the Caravelle restaurant located in The parking garage.. it was not good.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

Tom was great to work with! The condo was ready early, and getting in was a breeze. This is a perfect location. Right on the beach! This area of the beach was not very busy at all. The patio is a great spot to watch the sunrise, and enjoy the evenings.

This was a business/vacation trip. The view is amazing all through the day and night. It is hard to get off the balcony but just a quick elevator ride and you are right on the beach! Everyone is extremely friendly. The location is about right. You are not right in the middle of the action but just on the outskirts. So if you want quiet you have it If you want to be more involved it is only a short drive and you are right in the thick it.

Exceeded Expectations!

A dance competition brought us to Myrtle Beach and this seemed like a good choice for the week… it ended up being a great choice! Yes, the resort has some age on it but amenities like fitness center, laundry, pool, etc. were all good. Never in all our travels have we enjoyed such an expansive view of the ocean! Watching the sun rise every morning while enjoying coffee was a stellar way to begin each day! The resort was in great proximity to grocery stores, restaurants and attractions like Broadway on the Beach and Barefoot Landing… All very easy to navigate, and the traffic on the main route was not bad at all! The unit had a little wear, but it was clean, beds were comfy (even though they were full size), closet space was generous and there were plenty of towels, a great hairdryer, a good vacuum to help keep things tidy… Our only suggestion would be to maybe add an over-the-door hook rack for hanging towels (I got creative and would hang them over a hanger in the closet to dry). Tom was great and super responsive when we had questions. Also, the easy check-in/checkout process and the personalized door code was the best! No need to constantly keep track of a key card! Overall, a super comfortable stay with a $2 million view! Thank you Tom!

Perfect beach getaway for couple or small family. Super clean, comfy beds, quiet property with clean pool and lazy river. Owner provided all essentials needed for a great beach day. Super easy and quick check in process bypassing front desk. Best part was the expansive deck and ocean front view. Highly recommend Hook & Barrel for fresh seafood. Well worth the money. We will be back!!

The AC did not work properly even after the owner came by to fix it. We had to run 2 fans all the time to keep cool and the room temp last night at 11 was 77. Water faucet in tub had to be beat on for it to shut off or it would continuously leak. My husband does contracting and the Simmons valve cartridge is bad which is causing this but was told it is just due to hard water. The water was scolding hot which could cause severe burns if a child would use without supervision. Carpet on deck was full of sand and mold. Exterior of building in disrepair and many of the washer/dryers do not work. Sewer smell in restaurant.

My girlfriend and I planned a girls beach weekend and this cozy condo was perfect! Right on the beach with a pool and a pool side bar with light food. The balcony is large and it was great to sit out there, watch the waves and catch up! Also, the owner is very responsive. Great experience!

Labor Day weekend getaway

Clean and convenient!

We were in Myrtle Beach for our daughter’s dance competition. The large porch was wonderful to take in the ocean since didn’t have much time to actually go out on the beach. Accommodations were very nice. The owner was very quick to respond to my questions as well.
