Villa Clara 20 is a beautiful holiday home (600 sq m) with private pool, air conditioning and WiFi internet. The Experience
Villa Clara is a typical 18th Century Manor villa with its own small formal park and chapel, at the centre of an estate with farmhouses where the farmers looking after the winery used to live. The rental of the property, together with the one of Casa Rosa, located on the same estate, offers the possibility for larger groups, up to 32 guests, to vacation together. The helpful caretakers live on the estate in a separate apartment and are available to arrange cooking services for their guests.
After arriving you will be greeted by the owner or manager where you’ll find a nice clean well-maintained property perfect for a relaxing vacation in Tuscany. For your enjoyment you will find a private pool where you can unwind while enjoying a nice cold beverage after a busy day of sightseeing. If you enjoy cooking for family and friends there is a well-equipped kitchen including coffee machine, microwave, toaster, stove and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to 20 people. If you prefer to dine 'al fresco', there is a fully furnished garden where you can enjoy the weather while dining outdoors.
