We are so excited to show you this 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath clean & quiet second floor Pirates Cove Marina Front luxury condo overlooking the docks and boat slips of the Pirates Cove Marina. Watch the boats come in from the covered balcony and enjoy the sunsets. Situated on Roanoke Island about 3/4 mile from Manteo, Pirates Cove is an upscale boating community. Clean and well maintained NON-SMOKING, PET FREE home. Well equipped full size kitchen. 3 Bedroom/2 Bath, accommodates 8. 2 King bedrooms, 2 Twin bedroom, 1 queen Sofa Sleeper, 4 TVs including a ROKU with Netflix, DVD, tennis racquets, covered deck w/furniture. Parking for maximum 3 vehicles. All towels and linens are provided.
The condo is in the Harbor Place Condos on Sailfish drive, the building has an ELEVATOR and covered parking and the unit is on the second floor.
Onsite restaurant, fitness center, large guest pool and hot tub, fishing docks, miles of lighted boardwalks throughout the resort, organized activities for kids, resident charter deep sea fishing fleet. Only minutes from beautiful outer banks beaches, lighthouses, shopping and historic downtown Manteo!

Great condo that has been updated and was very convenient between Manteo and Nags Head. Isaac was easy to communicate with, and the place was spotless. We loved the view of the boats and that the tiki bar was walkable. There was a decent amount of road and construction noise, but we would absolutely choose to stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay, the sitting areas in and out were awesome for relaxing and watching the marina. Kitchen was nicely stocked for cooking. We have been coming to the outer banks for many years and love everything about it. Isaac loves saltwater fishing and being out on his boat! We love spending time as a family and this is a great place for it!

What makes this property unique

We love this marina front condo because of the ability to step out on our back yard and hop on the boat! We love the amazing pool/snack shack, the tennis courts, and the awesome walking docks that take you around the neighborhood. There is a great playground for our kids and many activities for them to be apart of!
