Room boutique hotel with ocean view in the strip of Santo Domingo down town center one block from all major tourist attraction and it located in the 2 floor of a shopping mall with everything you need ,parking right in from of the hotel and all Room are Rented separated with a shared kitchen and have there owned private bathroom and a private entrance, with confortable areas and space.Rooms are assign according to first come first serve

I loved staying here. Every morning they made a great breakfast, the rooms are clean, large and quiet. It’s a great location and easy to walk to the market, the Maracon, and much more.

Everything was good they gave us a room facing the ocean which we had a good view of the room was a pretty good size and the high ceilings made even feel bigger, sink and shower water always stay hot, they have a good hot and cold breakfast every morning we enjoy it that tasted really fresh, staff was always friendly, and everything we wanted was conveniently and walking distance, good Wi-Fi, and the most important part the bed was comfortableThe only three things I can complain about was check-in seemed like it took a long time, the bathroom ceiling was leaking water some, they put us in a room on the highest floor which was the third floor in it so happened to be raining a lot that weekend we were there so I'm sure that was the cause of the leaks, some of the rules that's advertised on the brochure through the app are not the same when you get to the hotel, like check out time it says 12:30 p.m. but the doorman told us check out time was at 11:00 a.m., and also they told us we couldn't eat food in the room but on the app it doesn't say nothing about that which I found was very interesting, but no biggie that was a minor interference we was able to work around all of that, but it would be nice if they update and fix their advertisement on the app.With that being said the place has a lot of good potential, I would definitely rebook a stay here if I'm ever in the area again

Amazing & Friendly

I highly recommend this location if you’re in Santo Domingo. The staff is incredible and professional. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable! There is a wonderful breakfast every morning, and lunch and dinner are available if you want to purchase them for a small price. Stay hear and feel safe and well taken care of!

Good location but not waterfront

The location was very convenient to local hotspots, restaurants, shopping, etc but it's not waterfront...not even in view of water. Check-in was simple and the staff was very nice but only spoke Spanish so make sure you have a translator app. Rooms were very basic (no frig, no closet) with smallish beds but also very clean. Restaurant was also convenient. Overall, it was a good stay and worth the cost.

Love/Hate

I love how inexpensive and convenient this place was. Functioning appliances in the community kitchen which isn’t specified. The rooms were all different and learned this by making friends with other people staying there. Mine particularly had dried gum on the wall and the bathroom was unclean. When comment was made I was told I would have to pay for the to clean the room daily and that isn’t mention there is a cleaning fee that was tied to my payment initially. Pictures and views of the room also didn’t match. The hospitality on the other hand was A++ they were just doing there job and really helped where they could.

WORTH THE MONEY

We needed a property at the last minute we found many other properties wanted minimum night stays of 5 days and many other properties were booked... as a last resort we booked at this location; it was not only worth the booking but it should have been our first choice... we were thier as work contractors and to be honest only needed a room to stay for a few nights... 20-30 dollars a night; clean, very clean no bugs very secure/ we were very happy...
