This Beach Front Condo is on the 1st floor in Tower III, overlooking the white sandy beaches of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico! It has the best views of the shoreline while you enjoy drinking coffee on your balcony or having an evening drink watching the beautiful sunset and listening to the sounds of the ocean. This condo is perfect for a couple's getaway or a family of 4.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and all you need for cooking. While you're enjoying the beautiful views from the couch, it also turns into a sofa sleeper. There is an entertainment center with a flat screen TV in the living room with Direct TV. You can stream your favorite channels and use free Wi-Fi throughout your stay. You can enjoy a good night's rest on a King size memory foam mattress after a long day at the beach in the master bedroom. Bathroom has a new walk-in shower with a seat. In-unit washer/dryer so you don't have to over pack those bags. We provide you with the necessities to get you started. Linens and towels are provided but Beach towels are not. We ask that you do not take towels to the pool or beach.

There must be an adult age 25 yrs. or older staying in the condo at all times. No smoking or parties aloud. No Pet's Aloud these rules are fully Enforced.

Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort is the only full-service resorts in Panama City Beach, offering a wide range of amenities. This gated property is on 138 acres with controlled entrance and 24-hour security. This resort contains 11 swimming pools including the resorts famous lagoon pool with cascading waterfalls, 10 seasonally heated pools throughout the resort, 4 hot tubs, restaurant service, beach service, cabana/VIP chair service, kids splash pad, water sports/activities, Edgie's Market, Starbucks, ice-cream parlor, poolside Tiki Bar, surf and sundries shop, fitness center, Tram service, 9-hole golf course, tennis, basketball, pickleball, shuffleboard courts.
Please note that there is a fee to use the gym, golf and tennis courts paid directly to the resort at the Club House by the Convention center across the street on the Villa side.

Panama City Beach has some much to offer off the resort. You can head across the street to Rock-It Lane bowling, skating, Axle Throwing, several great restaurants to eat just in walking distance. Head to Pier Park and enjoy some great food, live music, shopping or go fishing off the Pier. Take a ride on the Sky Wheel and see the amazing views of PCB. The whole family would enjoy Ripley's Believe It or Not, Wonderworks, or Gulf World. Take a tour on the Sea Screamer to see the dolphins. Enjoy a day at St. Andrews State Park and Shell Island. At night there are lots of putt-putt, go-kart riding and arcade locations. Panama City Beach is made for making memories last a lifetime!

Make sure you log out of any apps you have open (Netflix, Hula, Disney, etc. Please put remote controls next to the respective TV.
Wipe counter tops and sweep/vacuum floor helps keep the sand out of unit. Please don't sit sandy coolers on the island or stove top it will scratch the surface.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We absolutely loved everything about the condo and the resort! It was very clean and spacious, and had everything we needed for our stay. We also had a perfect view of the beach! Amy was so helpful upon arrival when our GPS got us all turned around and talked us right to the security gate. It was also really nice to be somewhere with 24-hr security. We can’t wait to stay again!

We are Barry and Amy White from Tennessee. We have 5 children and 10 grandchildren. We have been bringing our children here to Florida for over 25 years and in 2010 we decided to purchase our first condo. We remodel it and start sharing it with our guest and later we purchased 2 more so we now have 3 units all in Tower 3. We feel blessed to have these units and share with our family and guest.

Why they chose this property

We have been coming to Edgewater ever since our children were small. It has so many amenities you feel like you never have to leave the resort. We felt like this property was located in the heart of Panama City Beach.

What makes this property unique

The lagoon pool was where my children always wanted to go after leaving the beach. It's the most beautiful lagoon pool and its right beside the restaurant where you can get great food and Tiki bar for great cocktails. You have all the luxury in one place, and we love it here.
