Large air-conditioned living room with TV (cable and satellite) and SONOS hi-fi area opening onto a loggia with a farmhouse table that can accommodate up to 10 guests and a large terrace with gas barbecue, jacuzzi and pétanque pitch.

4 very comfortable air-conditioned and bright rooms:
1 Master bedroom on the ground floor with double bed 160x200 cm and double closet, TV, DVD and SONOS hi-fi giving on one side with a view of the terrace and the jacuzzi and on the other side on a large bathroom with bathtub , walk-in shower and wc.
1 bedroom in private mezzanine with double bed 160x200 cm, large shelves and TNT TV, IHome alarm clock radio.
2 bedrooms (including 1 child's bedroom) upstairs each with a closet and single 90cm beds with one bedroom overlooking the Jacuzzi-terrace-garden and the other with a view of the shared swimming pool.
Baby cots on request.

1 large bathroom on the ground floor including two sinks with a walk-in shower, freestanding bath, towel dryer and wc.
1 upstairs shower room with walk-in shower towel dryer and wc.
