5 Night Stay in Martinique.

Excellent location, close to beach. Good public transportation, ferry to FdF and local buses to visit south east area. Sofa bed very comfortable. Local boulangerie excellent for daily bread & croissants. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Globalement plutôt bon plan pour une location.Par contre, pas de machine à laver comme mentionné dans l’annonce. Il faut payer des jetons à côté pour la laverie de la résidence.Le parking est trop petit pour tout le monde, prévoyez de laisser votre voiture à l’extérieur.Il manque aussi de quoi cuisiner (planche à découper, couteaux)Rien à dire pour le reste, c’est quand même très agréable d’être à 50m de la plage !!

Placement idéal pour se rendre à la place.Endroit calme même si l’on entend les enfants dans la piscine de la résidence.4 étoiles pour la prévision de l’annonce car on vous donne les renseignements pour la connection Wifi mais le réseau n’existe pas.Donc avec l’aide de la personne qui vous accueille, vous trouvez un réseau non sécurisé et pas fiable.

Merci pour votre commentaire, même si j'aurai préféré qu'il soit plus constructif. Le logement est effectivement prévu pour 4 personnes: photos, descriptions détaillées parlent d'elles mêmes. Il ne me semble pas que vous ayez pu lire et apercevoir plus ou moins sur les photos lors de votre réservation. Rudy, en vous accueillant vous a précisé sa disponibilité pour tous manquements dans l'appartement. La propriétaire vous a contacté pour s'assurer de votre bonne installation. Vous avez répondu que oui. Un minimum et sincère communication aurait suffit pour égayer vos vacances sans attendre la fin de votre séjour.

Séjour du 09.01 au 21.02.2024

Appartement très agréable, proche de toutes commodités ainsi que de la plage. La piscine est très bien entretenue. Toutefois, cette location mérite un petit coup de rénovation. D'autre part, le Wifi est déplorable, il est très très lent, quand la liaison est présente, à améliorer. Concernant le parking, ne pas mentionner dans l'annonce " parking" car il n'y a pas suffisamment de place pour toutes les locations. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Rudi malgré notre arrivée tardive. Un grand merci pour ta disponibilité ainsi que ta grande réactivité face aux petits problèmes que nous avons rencontrés. Le logement est spacieux et l'emplacement agréable.

Cependant pour 1 mois de location, nous aurions aimé que les draps soient plus souvent changés,ainsi que les torchons et les serviettes. Avec l'humidité dans l'air et la chaleur le linge sent très vite mauvais. Concernant la vaisselle, les ustensiles de cuisine étaient en mauvais état, notamment la poêle et j'ai dû acheter des verres.

A première vue un petit peu deçu parce ce que ce n'est pas à ce que moi je m'attendais par rapport à la photo. Mais j'ai apprecié .Très agréable pour être dans le calme et se ressourser. Jolie petit coin.

Dommage que le confinement nous a fait partir malgré nous car notre séjour a été très bien en tous points. Nous avons du écourter nos vacances et si la situation se présente au mieux début 2021 nous y reviendrons car tout est réuni pour avoir un séjour de rêve.
