Spacious vacation home with exceptional ocean and mountain views

Large vacation home with exceptional ocean and mountain views in a natural setting. Calm and rest assured. The west-facing exposure of the terrace gives you a prime place to watch the magnificent sunsets over the bay of Saint-Leu.
Ideally located at 400 m above sea level, you are ten minutes from the beaches of Saint Leu and 10 minutes from the Route des Tamarins, the main axis of Reunion Island.
The accommodation is located on two levels. Upstairs, large bedroom with large terrace overlooking the cane fields and its breathtaking view of the peaks of the island. Ground floor, bathroom, kitchen area, living room and second terrace with ocean view.
The accommodation has parking, TV and WIFI.
Possibility of going for a walk at the foot of your place of residence!
For any need for extra, there is a shop close by where the inhabitants of the hamlet meet. The merchant will be happy to welcome you and help you the best. (he sometimes found me a personal item I needed that was not on sale!)
I live next to the rental, there is no vis-à-vis. I know how to be discreet while being present, if you wish, so as to try to answer your possible questions as well as possible.
We make great efforts to keep the accommodation very clean. To help us in our approach a deposit of 300 euros will be required upon your arrival. This deposit is not cashed and we will be happy to return it to you on your departure. However, a deduction will be made in the event of any deterioration. A cleaning fee of 50 euros can be offered to you if you wish.

Premieres vacances de retraités. Gite idéal pour des personnes de passage et non pour celles desirants profiter des belles journees . Manque de confort, et cuisine insuffisemment équipée. Jacqueline et Arnaud sont partis la 1ere semaine de notre arrivée. De ce fait il a été difficile de communiquer.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, les propriétaires sont des gens extrêmement sympathiques, très à l'écoute, avec lesquels nous acons pris plaisir à passer du temps, et que nous reverrons avec grand plaisir ! Au milieu des Cannes...

Ce petit appartement au milieu des cannes est bien situé, au calme et domine la mer. La disposition avec ses deux terrasses et la chambre en mezzanine lui donne un côté charmant...cependant l'équipement de la cuisine est assez sommaire, la salle de bain a besoin d'un rafraîchissement qui est prévu et il n'y a pas d'éclairage extérieur pour l'accès de nuit avec quelques marches à descendre. Accueil cordial et flexibilité de l'arrivée et du départ.

Traumurlaub in ruhiger Lage fernab vom Tourismus

Wir reisten als Familie mit 2 Kindern (6 und 1,5 Jahre alt) an und blieben 6 Wochen in diesem witzigen, urigen, doppelstöckigem kleinen Hüttchen. Wir lieben es im Urlaub Authentizität zu erleben und wer dies möchte, ist bei Arnaud und Jaqueline bestens aufgehoben. Mehr Gastfreundschaft und Hilfsbereitschaft sind nicht möglich. Da wir so lange blieben, kam fast ein "unser Zuhause" Gefühl auf und wir hätten gerne 6 weitere Wochen genau dort verbracht! Trotz Winter war es in dieser Höhe abends nicht wirklich kalt und so konnten wir den Abend auf der Terrasse mit wunderbarem Blick auf den indischen Ozean genießen! Wir können nur sagen, gerne wieder! Daher hier ein dickes Dankeschön für all das, was ihr uns ermöglicht habt, Arnaud und Jaqueline!

Super séjour à La Réunion

Un grand merci à Jacqueline et Arnaud pour leur accueil plus que chaleureux ! Appartement bien équipé avec une belle terrasse vue sur mer, une autre vue montagne situé sur les hauteurs de Piton Saint-Leu au calme et au coeur des plantations de canne à sucre. Merveilleuses vacances dans un cadre charmant avec des propriétaires d'une gentillesse incroyable. Une chose est sûre, si nous revenons à La Réunion, c'est chez eux que nous poserons nos valises !
