This open, bright and designer updated studio is conveniently located in the Prospector area of Park City, UT & directly on the FREE city bus line that takes you to Main St. or Park City Mountain Resort in 10 minutes. Sleeps 2-3 (1 queen/1 pullout sofa) kitchen table, bathroom with walk in shower and a balcony with view of the Historic Rail Trail. Fireplace (non-heating) provides for cozy atmosphere year round. Lots of open dates-New Years, Sundance, President's Week.

Perfect Place

Charming studio in Prospector Square

Lisa's studio has just what we needed - and is absolutely adorable to boot! Comfortable bed and furniture, extremely well equipped kitchen, and great design choices made our stay wonderful.

Cute mountain condo!

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was small but was just as pictured and had everything we needed. City shuttle bus picks up right out front so no rental car needed.

Clean Comfortable + Great Location

The VRBO was clean, comfortable, and was in a great location! The bus comes right outside of the units and is so convenient getting anywhere in park city. It was such an easy check in process and parking was easy as well. We had such a great time and stay here!

Great Place!

We loved Lisa's condo! Perfect for my husband and I and our daughter. Everything was super clean and decorated nicely! Loved the little fireplace. The location was convenient to everything. Would recommend!

Paradise in Park City!

We have stayed at Lisa’s condo numerous times and it’s always a wonderful experience! The condo has everything you need and the location is perfect. Lisa is always responsive and an excellent communicator. I highly recommend to all to stay!

Small but perfect for us

We had an amazing ski trip to Utah this February! This listing was clean, comfortable, and well decorated. The shuttle bus stop was right next to the condo. We also enjoyed the outdoor hot tub. Lisa was very pleasant to work with and we would definitely stay here again!

Cozy little condo

Very nicely decorated and cozy little condo in Park City! Great location and perfect accommodations for my son & I during our visit. The host for very responsive and helpful when I reached out. Highly recommend!

The room was very clean and there were a lot of amenities in the room. Well stocked kitchenette. Don’t forget the bed is a queen. Floors are very cold, but sufficient heat to keep the rest of the room warm and cozy. Very small shower, which is probably why you don’t see it on photos. At the end of a building so outside noise was minimal. Right next to the “Rail to Trail” which we enjoyed. Lots to eat within walking distance. Hot tub is not close to unit. Building was built in mid 70s so noise on the hallways and other units is to be expected. Snow boots clopping down the hall gets tiring.

Park City in Paradise

Visiting Park City to ski over the last 30 years this has been one of our favorite places to stay. Lisa is very responsive and the condo is decorated amazingly and every square foot is optimized for your functional use. Would highly recommend

Excellent Property

This cute little condo was exactly as advertised. It was clean, well equipped, and comfortable. The location was perfect for us, an easy 10 minute drive to town, restaurants, ski resorts, and everything we needed. The owner communicated very well. I would absolutely come back here again. The bed was comfortable, the unit was warm and inviting. Plenty of towels. The kitchenette was adequately equipped. Hot water and pressure were great! Nicely done.

Sparkling unit in Park city!

My husband and I stayed in the unit for five days in early February. The unit itself was nice, new and clean and had all the amenities we needed. Loved the decor and enjoyed having a nice view to look out at while drinking our morning coffee or afternoon wine. The unit is close to several good restaurants and a quick drive to historic Main Street. In my view the only downfall was that the building the unit is in is pretty tired and worn looking.

Great studio for a Park City getaway

The studio was perfect for my husband and me. It was exactly as advertised and was in an awesome location to enjoy all that Park City Mountain and downtown PC had to offer. Lisa shared all information we needed and was easy to contact. We hope to come back soon!
