Wonderful, clean, basement-level apartment with a small walk-out courtyard. Great communication with host and excellent location for our London trip. My only comments are that it was advertised as two bedrooms, each with a queen/double bed. Only one room had a queen/double, and there other bedroom had two twin beds. Also, one of the showers was tricky to operated and water splashed all over bathroom.
This property was perfect for our needs. It felt like we were right at home in a perfect location easy access to the Earl Court tube station. My son was disappointed he didn’t have a travel fan but lo and behold Nick had two table fans in the cabinet for our use. The washer and dryer were a huge convenience and the beds were all super comfortable. Nick was an incredible host with quick communication and flexibility. As I travel back to London, this is definitely where I will be staying again.

Thanks so much, Karen!
We would love to have you back.
Apartment was clean and exactly as pictured. Excellent communication from management. Great location. Easy walking distance from tube, bus, stores, pubs, etc.
Fantastic location in safe and fun area. Great access to Kensington High Street and Parks and easy access to tube lines. Property was very good. Could do with a bit of a paint up but overall very good. Clean on check in and very friendly owners.

Wonderful 2 bedroom flat with a courtyard ( unfortunately not warm enough to use but let in lots of light). Comfortable living/dininf room, good beds with great linens. Fab location for getting around. Would definitely stay there again

Thanks so much for your kind words.
I'm sorry to hear about the heating. We'll be sure to make sure that's never an issue again.
Thanks,
Nick
This flat was in perfect shape. So comfortable and clean, and caretaker was extremely responsive. We really enjoyed our stay and the easy access to Earl’s Court tube station. Lots of fun restaurants nearby, Boots drug store, and Waitrose for groceries. Wound definitely recommend and stay there again.

We're so glad you enjoyed yours stay at Lexham Gardens!
We would love to have you back whenever you can return to London.
Property was very clean, had a lot of space
And was a great location for shopping
Quick train ride to sites but long Uber rides with traffic.
Overall charming English feel experience!!!
We came over from New York for a family wedding. The flat was perfect. Everything was quality - comfortable beds, lovely bed linens and fluffy towels. Even though it is a ground floor flat, it had good light. And great location. Really couldn’t ask for more.

Super flat in a great location! Perfect for friends or a small family. Quiet andspacious.
We enjoyed our stay at the flat. It was cool and comfortable even in July, with all rooms opening on private courtyard. Well equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, nice furnishings including terrific new beds, everything we needed right down to the London guidebooks. Two blocks to Earls Court tube station, food stores, shops and restaurants nearby. What a find!

Hello Jean,
Thanks so much for your kind words!
It was a pleasure to have you stay with us and we hope you'll come back soon.
Best,
Nick
What a gorgeous flat! There was so much space for the 4 of us to spread out and relax. Wonderful to have two full bathrooms for getting ready in the morning. The washer/dryer was a huge bonus as we could have everything clean for the next leg of our adventure. A quick walk to the Underground made getting around very easy. We will be back!
This is a great flat for a visit to London. It is in a very nice neighborhood, with lots of restaurants, pubs and grocery stores. A tube station a few blocks away. A longer walk, or quick cab/Uber ride away is a much more commerical shopping district. The communication with the owner was so good. Nick was proactive and responsive when we had questions. I would definitely recommend this property.
This flat was very comfortable for our American family of three (two adults, one teen) for a week-long stay. Plenty of space for us to spread out and make ourselves at home at a fair price. The location was a short walk away from Earl's Court underground station with lots of dining and quick shopping options nearby. We had no issues while we were there, but the manager, Nick, was very responsive any time I messaged before we arrived and when we left. He arranged for a local greeter to meet us at the flat in order to give us the keys and a quick welcoming tour. This kindness was very much appreciated after a long day of travel stress. My family would definitely stay again!

Became our London home.
We enjoyed this flat very much and got into a nice groove coming and going. It was my husband & I and our two, almost men, sons. They got the master bedroom so they had their own bath which worked really well. It was quiet for the most part minus a few incidents here and there but we were never bothered and frankly liked the reminder of being in one of the world's greatest cities.
It's nice to be in Kensington and have High Street so close but also the Earl's Court tube stop just blocks away as well. Nick was Johnny-on-the-spot for everything from beginning to end. I knew if I ever had a question, he would have an answer within minutes. They truly care about your time in London.
All and all, it was sad to close the door for the final time as we parted for the airport. Would definitely stay here again.

Best regards,

We had a great stay in our Lexington Gardens Flat. We are a family of 4 (2 parents and my two teenage daughters). The flat was the perfect amount of space! The kitchen has all Bosh appliances and was very easy to use. We ate out about 1-2 meals a day, so we always had at least one meal in the flat. The dining table in family room sat 6 people so it allowed us to have family meals or plays games! Having 2 full bathrooms was very important with teenage girls! The house was very clean and had hairdryers, extra fans, towels, and toilet paper for us, upon arrival.
The location is lovely! Earls court Tube station and grocery stores are just a very short walk to your left! To your right, is the quiet and beautiful Lexington Gardens neighborhood with some really great restaurants!!
It was very easy for us to use the tube from Earls Court to everywhere! Just a 3 block walk!
Though the flat was quite spacious, the family room does photograph larger than it it is in person. Also, the flat was extremely clean, but it is an older building so there was some impact of that at the patio doors and windows. None of this affected our stay and we would definitely book there again!

Could be charming flat
The "bones" are good but there is a backlog of necessary maintenance and housekeeping issues. Patio not cleaned, missing light bulb in second bedroom, loose threshold at entrance door to second bedroom. Doors need to be readjusted so that can open/close properly and not need a wedge, which were not functioning. Greeter was not particularly helpful. There was a bad water leak (allegedly from the roof above) which needed a bucket to catch the water. Also there was a moldy smell in the master bedroom and the entrance hall. The heated towel racks in both bathrooms were not functioning. The legs of at least two dining room chairs had loose legs and need to be glued (a falling hazard). With a good cleaning, a fresh coat of paint and some maintainance the flat would be ""brand new" as the Welcome Document" stated. The location was quite good and near to underground station.
We stayed in this London flat in April 2025.The flat is in the basement of the building and not on the actual ground/street level as could be construed from the description you will have to navigate steps down with your bags. The kitchen, baths, flooring, and lighting appear to be updated although some of the lights and light switches were broken. WIFI worked well except in the far corners of the farthest bedroom. The washer/dryer works really well and very intuitive to use. The television also worked well and was connected to cable (I think) because we didn’t have any issues watching it during down times in our holiday.Things to be aware of:1) The hallway lights are finnicky and if they do not turn on properly, they do flash/flicker at a rate that would be concerning to those with seizures. 2) We noticed that there is a lot more mildew/mold in the showers/tubs than should be. The owners should replace the caulking annually or twice annually if it is being used a lot. Maybe the cleaners can do something to mitigate the issue. It gives the appearance that the tubs aren't clean. Additionally, the hallway bath's sink drain is broken and leaks into the drawer below it. 3) There is a minor leak in the bedroom with the queen size bed on the ceiling, and one in the common living/dining room above the French doors. These leaks aren't dripping water but are highly noticeable.-----Overall we loved our stay and would recommend this unit to others.

Liked: Location
Great location (walkable to Earl’s Court metro, Kensington high st), enough space for a family of four. However, we had minor issues in check in, the fridge isn’t good enough to keep milk ok for even two days (on hot days that matters if you have a family), and general condition of the flat needed upkeep. Host was kind enough to lend us different fans to help with the stay (flat does not have an AC). If we visit again, we will pick the same area but a different home.
Great location close to amenities, tube and restaurants. Comfortable and warm apartment. Prompt and helpful communication with property manager.
Will come again in the future.
