Great Location Three Bedroom/Three bath condo in Mountain Village Core

Find yourself at home in this supremely located Telluride vacation rental in the main pedestrian area/core of Mountain Village. You are just steps away from ski lifts and the gondola, ski school, mountain biking & hiking trails, shops, and some of our favorite local restaurants.
This three bedroom/ three bathroom property makes a perfect homebase for a family getaway or couples vacation.
The open concept living area is complete with gas fireplace, large flatscreen smart TV, modern furnishings, and private patio with views of Palmyra Peak and Mountain Village. Adjacent is the dining area with seating for six at the table, with additional seating at breakfast bar. The kitchen over looks the living and dining area, enjoying a breakfast bar, granite counter tops, and full size appliances including gas stove. The ktichen is well stocked with cook/dishware so that you can enjoy preparing and serving a meal for friends and family; or enjoy the multitude of Mountain Village Restaurants literally steps from your condo.
Enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine on your private deck off the living area which enjoys view of the Village pond, the Lift 4 "Village Express", Palmyra Peak and the Mountain Village pedestrian core.
The master bedroom has king bed, private sitting area with views from the large windows, and en suite bathroom with an extra-large shower/tub combo. The second bedroom has a queen bed and en suite bathroom with shower/tub combo. The third bedroom is a perfect spot for kids or extra guests as it has a set of "Captains Bunks" (twin upper bunk & queen sized lower bunk) and a bathroom with shower off the adjacent hallway. Stackable washer/dryer also in the condo.
The unit is all on one level, with elevator access from the ground floor lobby. There is also a private ski locker on the ground floor lobby level for ski/borad storage. Private wifi network and cable included, as well as access to smart apps such as Netflix etc. with your personnal account log ins on the living room TV.
One private parking space is included with condo. As is common in Mountain Village, parking is purchased as separate real estate. For this reason the private parking space is not on-site at the same building, but close by in the pedestrian core of the village. BL# #007002

Beautiful mountain getaway

This is a great location for a festival. Very close to the gondola and shops/ restaurants. The condo itself was a perfect size for 5 guests. The beds were very comfortable with a large living area. I would definitely stay here again.

Spacious mountain escape

I was surprised that the place seemed more spacious than the pictures show. A very cozy space with a bathroom for each bedroom, opening windows and even a steam shower. Nice details as each room had its own humidifier and fan if needed. Only issue we came across was that the closet sliding doors seem to be off track and one window seems to not open as it should. Would definitely stay here again!

This property was exactly as advertised. The bunk room was perfect for our kids and the other two rooms were great for the adults. The host was very easy to communicate with and was even able to accommodate us for an extra night when our flight was cancelled. I would not hesitate to rebook this property in the future.

Positives Overall stay was enjoyable. The place was perfect for the amount of people. Negatives The fire place stopped working on a zero degree night, but was fixed promptly the next morning. A little disappointed that smoking was not allowed in the balcony outside since the temps we very low.

The property is in a nice quiet spot in Mountain Village. It is still steps from everything just not hanging over the crowd, which we liked. The condo needed some maintenance. The jacuzzi was not usable. It spurted out black stuff and hair. The management company tried to remedy the situation. When I let them know the next morning that it was not solved he got quite hostile with me and let me know they would not be continuing to try to fix it, that it just must not have been used in a while. In my opinion management should have already been aware of the issue. I left there quite shaken by his attitude. Thing were not detailed clean and if that is important to you, as it is to me, you might look elsewhere. There is so much furniture stuffed in the condo that we had to move it to actually be able to walk into the den. Be careful not to center the post on the bed if you walk out of the bathroom in the dark. The beds are situated wrong in the rooms. Except for the twins. You can not walk up to any window because of the abundance of massive furniture. There was also a broken or replaced tv left in the den floor which added to the "stuff". I put a few things in cabinets that where just piled in corners. The furniture is in need of vacuuming and air freshening. I realize many places do not have air conditioning. This one does not. We did cool down fine most nights, just be aware and check temperatures for your stay.

We appreciate your feedback on the unit and your stay. I would point out that we responded several times during your stay to requests for assistance including replacing a shower curtain that had "hard water" spots and cleaning the tub in the bathroom several times. The unit is older and not as updated as some others that we have, so I think that was one source of your concerns. The pictures of the unit in the listing show it exactly as it is furnished. We like the larger more comfortable furniture, but we recognize others may have different tastes. That is why we post lots of pictures so it is clear what the unit looks like and what you are renting. The one item I would take exception to is the claim that it was not clean. Our staff works extremely hard to ensure that every unit is thoroughly cleaned prior to every arrival. Our staff has gone through special training to be COVID aware and each unit is inspected multiple times prior to arrival. We have a very detailed protocol that is followed for each unit. We hope to see you again in Telluride, perhaps it would make sense for you to call us directly so that we can locate a unit that might be a better fit for your needs.

Fantastic experience

Property was exactly as advertised. Configuration of the three bedrooms & bathrooms were perfect for spacing, while the living room and kitchen were perfect to cozy up with everyone staying at the unit. The front door is only steps away from rentals, restaurants, drinks, shopping, fire pits, and lifts at the mountain base. Super easy walk to all of the above! Highly recommended.

What a great place to stay! The condo is beautiful, the layout is great.

Great place, each room with a bathroom. The only thing is since is about 8-10 min frim the lift . We should have gotten valet for the skis. But we loved the condo, had a great time . Very cute place , beautifully decorated.
