About this property

The Eleanor on Belle - Suite 2

The historical home has the original mouldings and millwork from 1909 plus some quaint fixtures like a built in book shelves, a butlers pantry, gas and ornamental fire places. There are also modern updates to make the home warm and inviting. There is a queen bed and private bath in this suite. A rollaway twin bed or a full size air mattress are available by request.

The space
The home is divided into 3 large apartments. The upstairs has full time residents. The spacious first floor apartment (Over 2500 sq ft.) hosts the B&B guests. There are 2 private bedrooms with private baths and sitting areas.

Guest access
The large dining room, kitchen, butlers pantry, living room, TV, sunroom and giant front porch are shared spaces for the B&B.

Interaction with guests
Your host will be present if requested. There is coffee and tea available.
Small dogs (under 25 pounds) only. No cats. No Jerks :)

Nice older home with character & modern updates.

As a note , my wife lost a ring in the bedroom & didn’t realize it at the time . The property mgr. located it , mailed it to us promptly. Ps. The bed was super comfortable Tom& Carmella

Eleanor on Belle is a Gem!

Eleanor on Belle is a Gem! Kerr Lake was our reason for traveling to Henderson and staying at the Eleanor was the icing on the cake! Suite 2 is spacious, clean and so warm and inviting. We felt like we were visiting a friend. We had full access to the lower floor, front porch and back yard. Carol is a warm and gracious host and we felt fortunate to spend time with her and learned about the history of Henderson and the Eleanor. We are traveling to Henderson again and we have booked another stay at this wonderful property. Thank you so much for having us Carol.

Eleanor at Belle

The Eleanor at Belle was a great deal for us. We needed a place for a weekend to check out the area. Suite 2 was lovely and larger than we anticipated and the common areas were also lovely and spacious. Carol was a great host, even helping us with a small problem and she gave us some excellent restaurant ideas. We'll definitely stay again, if we come back to the area.

Convenient location

Property was convenient to Kerr Lake, accommodations we’re spacious. Love the renovated old homes and that our four-legged family could join us! More breakfast selections would be nice (fruit, granola bars, etc.)
