Located in the Sunday Villas just off of 11th St. Swimming Pool. Dogs OK.

Ease into Island Time with this 2 Bedroom 2 Full Bathroom (with a Loft) House in Sunday Villas just off 11th Street in Port Aransas. Great location and just short walk from the Beach.
The large deck has a view of the newly renovated swimming pool and there is parking for at least 2 cars depending on size. There is a gate at the top of the stairs.

FREE WIFI INTERNET and Smart TV's.Well behaved Dogs are welcome for $75 each for the stay.
This house is located in the golf cart approved driving area.

SLEEPS 8
The open plan living room and kitchen are separated by the stairs that lead to the loft bedroom.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare family meals.
The living room has a comfy sleeper couch and Ikea POANG chairs. Flat Panel TV with Satellite.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed and en suite bathroom with walk in shower.
The second bedroom has a king sized bed and Flat Panel TV with Satellite.
The upstairs loft has 2 twin day beds. Tucked underneath the day beds are 2 more twin beds.
The hall bathroom has a tub shower combo.
There is a gate at the top of the deck stairs to keeps kids or Fido secure.
Downstairs there is an outside shower, water hose, screened in picnic area along with the washer and dryer.

When booking please let us know if you are bringing dogs so that we may adjust your balance. The pet fee is $75 per dog, 2 dog max We accept all size dogs.
This is a self catering property. We give you a start up supply of trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap and hand soap. This will most likely not be enough for your entire stay.
Even though the system may let you book this property, all reservations must and will be submitted to the owner of the property for final approval. Names and ages will be required for all reservations. Also, on the day of check in, only the named person on the reservation will be permitted to check in at our office. ID and Credit Card will be verified upon check in. NO Exceptions.

Very nice overall. Well equipped kitchen. Kitchen has a Keurig and a drip coffeemaker. (takes cone filters). Masterbedroom mattress was very saggy and uncomfortable. Rest of the place was nice. Bathrooms are small but adequate. There was a good bit of road noise when we stayed.

Great place for dogs!

Stayed for a nice weekend, brought our two dogs with us. Deck upstairs had a gate that was awesome for keeping the dogs close, the beach was a very close drive and about a 10 minute walk which was convenient. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and the condo was plenty spacious with the pool right across the street. Overall a great stay for people with pets.

Perfect Beach Family Get Away!

Everything was great! Perfect for our party of 7! 2 bedrooms downstairs for the adults and the loft upstairs was perfect for the kids. Nice outdoor area and pool. Good location for shopping food and beach. Kitchen was well stocked… only missing a can opener (not anymore… we donated one) Check in/out process was easy and the property manager was very nice and helpful! We had a great family getaway and would most definitely stay here again!

Really wonderful place!

Overall great! Bigger in person and so cool and unique. Wish beds more comfy but large beds. Wish ice maker worked and outside shower worked better. Some of the pans and bowls were dirty, but having dishwasher helped. Best shower ever! Most wonderful balcony and so close to beach. Recommend for sure

Dirty, needs a deep clean.

Upon arrival, we noticed the unit smelled. The toaster on the counter had crumbs on top of it, floor was filthy, there was hair on the shower floor, pubic hair near the toilet and sink, and sand that had piled up (we hadn’t stepped foot on the beach). Someone had spilled coffee grinds in one of the cabinets and housekeeping didn’t clean it up. The couch is also stained and looked very dirty. We covered it with blankets to sit on it. Animal hair was a problem in the living room. There is dust everywhere…on the walls, baseboards, ceiling fans, and in the cabinets. This pool is not private, we watched people walk from across the street and jump the fence to swim. The swim area was messy and had trash everywhere on the deck. The two positives were the kind lady who managed the property and the location was fine. We will not rent this unit again.

Cute and Functional

Perfect for young families - even 2 couples with small kids. Loft is perfect for kids as long as they can manage the spiral stairs. Decor is appropriately beachy and well done. Upholstered living room furnishings are looking tired and in need of cleaning. Sadly, the cute bedding on one of the kings beds really needs to be replaced - torn, threadbare, disintegrating pillow shams. Love the light weight quilts. Beds are pretty comfy. Plenty of outlets for charging phones, etc. There are plenty of drawers for unpacking. Bathrooms are small, but functional. Plenty of hooks for towels and things. Nice tile in showers. Towels are nice. Bath mats need replacing. Kitchen is fully furnished and functional. Plenty of cooking ware, cups, plates, flatware, ect. Some of the pots and pans are pretty worn out. Inside drawers and cabinets need to be cleaned (found crumbs, hair, dust). Seems like property needs a deeper level of clean than the management cleaning crew can/will do. But nothing a bit of elbow-grease, touch-up paint and fresh caulking wouldn't fix. Overall a really cute place and a good location. Close to beach, golf cart rental and Dollar General. Very convenient. Restaurants and shops not too far. We enjoyed our stay and do recommend it.

Walking distance to the beach, I thought I saw that it was very short boardwalk, but it was a good 10 minute walk. Layout of the place worked perfectly for us. Things I would recommend they fix/change: pans were so warped they were not usable; we didn't use the kurig coffee maker,but it had water left in it no idea how old; there were no extra blankets; the beds upstairs pillowcase was dirty and there were no additional pillowcases (extra sheets for trundle bed, but no pillowcases); would have been nice (and cheap for them to supply) pillow cases, soap to wash hands with (other than the non-effective bar soap) and detergent for washing machine.

Beautiful Home!

Our property was AMAZING! Perfect location so close to the beach. The pool was clean and a great place to hang out after beach. We stayed in Sol Mate and it was super cute. Plenty of room for the fam. The upstairs was bigger than I thought. Both rooms downstairs were king size beds which was awesome. The AC was pumping so it was never hot. Water pressure was great in the showers. I loved the storage unit below where washer/dryer was bc we put our chairs and canopy in there afterwards. We will 100% be back and couldn't have been happier that we found this place!

This house is very spacious. The kitchen is well-equipped. Short distance to the beach. Beautifully beach themed decor. Beds are comfortable and pillows are very comfy. It's a real plus having a washer and dryer! We all loved this place and would definitely stay here again!!!

Stayed here for spring break with our family. The upstairs kids room is great for kids and very spacious. Bring games though bc there weren’t any for when they are stuck inside. House had everything we needed from kitchen items to towels and even beach gear. Enjoyed quiet neighborhood and nice pool. Very dog friendly for our fur baby! Only thing I wish I’d brought were some extra blankets bc the ac worked great and every room had extra fans! Will definitely stay here again!
