Please let us know if you would like the pool heated. The rate is $75/day for the duration of your stay and is customary in Palm Springs to be offered as an optional addition.

LIVING AREAS
Spend quality time with family and friends in the stylish Living Room. Stretch out on a spacious sectional modern couch or on one of the armchairs. A large new 75” Smart TV is equipped with apps for your use with your own subscription. A gas fireplace adds to the warm ambience and atmosphere.

KITCHEN & DINING
Enjoy cooking in the well-equipped modern kitchen, offering stainless steel appliances, including a gas range and dishwasher. The center island provides plenty of prep space, as well as seating for three. Store vacation groceries in the large shelved pantry.

Enjoy meals indoors and out on the large tables that seat 8 guests.

BEDROOMS & BATHS
This home includes four bedrooms (3 bedrooms in the main house and 1 bedroom in the separate casita) that sleep eight total and three bathrooms (2 bathrooms in the main house and 1 bathroom in the casita). The bathrooms are stocked with complimentary starter supplies of luxury toiletries and bath amenities including shampoo, conditioner, bath gel and body lotion.

The large master bedroom boasts a king sized bed and chairs . The en-suite master bathroom features a large walk-in shower, and access to the garden area with outdoor shower for your enjoyment.

A second bedroom holds a queen sized bed and chair.

The third bedroom features a king sized bed that is convertible to two twin extra long sized beds upon request. Please let us know if you would like the two twin beds!

The beautiful second and third bedrooms share a modern bathroom equipped with a large walk-in shower.

The fourth bedroom is in the private guest house, the casita, and features its own bathroom with large walk-in shower, kitchenette, Smart TV with apps for your use with your own subscription, and couch.

OUTDOOR AREAS
Take in breathtaking mountain views from all around the back yard, where you’ll also find the private swimming heated salt water pool with hot tub, and fire pit. Enjoy the comfortable yard in one of six chaise lounge chairs and spend a lazy afternoon with a good book while soaking in the sunshine or gazing at the stars. An outdoor table provides seating for eight. Additional lounge sitting areas next to the pool, around the fire pit, and next to the casita offer space for relaxation and gathering with family and friends. Outside security cameras around the perimeter and backyard and inside the garage for safety purposes.

Enjoy cooking outdoors with barbecue meals on the backyard grill which comes ready to use.

No need for an in-person key exchange but our Property manager will meet and greet you and show you the property details. Your rental will be delivered to you professionally cleaned and ready for you to enjoy and relax in. We feature the comforts of a fine boutique hotel, including luxury shampoo, conditioner, bath gel and body lotion to start you off on your stay, paper products and 100% cotton towels and linens. Extra pillows and blankets are also onsite for your comfort.
