Beautiful family house of 200m2 15 minutes from the Pompidou center or the city center of Metz, in a very quiet area, a children's playground is located at the end of the street.
You can leave the cars at home and take the bus located 3 min by foot.
Carrefour express, pharmacy, bakeries and banks are 600m away.
Marly also has a beautiful performance hall (the NEC), a cinema hall (Marlymages) and numerous shops (Leclerc, Magasin Vert ...)
The house includes a large living room open onto a fully equipped kitchen and the garden. You will also find on the ground floor, 3 bedrooms (1 parental and 2 children), toilets and a recently renovated bathroom.
In the basement:
- a games room with a convertible sofa can accommodate two people.
-a laundry room (with shower) equipped with washing machine and dryer
The house has a large garden all around with slide, swings and even a small trailer at the back.
The garage driveway allows parking for 2 cars.
Possibility to have an extra baby bed and all baby equipment.
